STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hello everyone looking forward to getting torched in the comments but I know it’s important to hear,

I've been a long-time reader here, but this is my first time posting. I wanted to share a bit about my current situation and let people take from it what they may.

My Background:
1 – 4am – wake up pee and inject HGH Sub cue. Premixed syringes, 4x 50-unit pumps of reconstitution water into the 10 IU vial. 5x 40 units a shot, coming out to two IU’s daily.
Then I start pretty much every day with brushing my teeth at 6am – and injecting my TRT Plus stack.
Testosterone (Test) – 10 units sub cue (140mg weekly)
Primobolan (Primo) 10 units 150mg vial (105mg weekly
Deca Durabolin (Deca) – 5 units sub cue – 200mg vial – (70mg weekly)

Drink - 2.5 cups black coffee and 33.8fl oz of electrolyte infused water as I finish my 5 miles of walking fasted cardio

Breakfast every day consists of an egg white omelet with bacon and bell peppers, protein shake with Greek yogurt and a banana with Whole milk. You’ll notice a theme, High protein and fat and low to no sugar.

Then Orals, 10mg Anavar – A Quarter or a Half of a 10mg Cialis depending on the pump I’m looking to get or how much I plan on drinking. Cialis reacts very badly with alcohol. You need to have tums or baking soda on hand to mix in water if you plan on drinking after Cialis. It loosens the gasket to your stomach and lets acid fly up your throat. This can even happen with just lifts, water breaks and reactions with the Anavar. If you are going to drink my advice is zero Cialis.

1.5 hours minimum of full body targeted workouts M – Sat, Sunday is a rest day - 1/2 means supersets, one after the other

I feel like I've dialed in my dosages and cycle pretty well, and I'm seeing great results in terms of muscle growth and overall performance. Here is a picture of the progress:

The Concern: Here's where things get a bit tricky. I enjoy having a few drinks each day. On average, I consume about 3-5 alcoholic beverages daily. This has been a part of my lifestyle for a while now. Despite this, my liver tests have consistently come back fine, which I find quite reassuring. This is due to very low Sugar, high protein, and zero added sugar along with the alcohol. I drink IPA’s, Whiskey, and Vodka, and a lot of soda water.

I'm aware that combining alcohol with anabolic steroids can be a contentious topic, and I want to make it clear that I am not on a HUGE stack, and I hydrate all day. It does keep my body fat percentage around 14 – 16% even with the hard workouts and cardio, it may be a pipe dream, but it makes me happy.

Questions:

Liver Health: Even though my liver tests are normal, should I be concerned about potential liver damage in the long run? Are there specific signs or symptoms I should be monitoring?
Stack Interaction: Could the alcohol be affecting the effectiveness of my stack or causing any unseen internal issues?
Supplement Suggestions: Are there any supplements or liver support products that you would recommend to help mitigate any potential damage?
Personal Experiences: Has anyone else here had a similar lifestyle and could share their experiences or any adjustments they made?
I appreciate any insights or advice you all can offer. I understand that balancing anabolic use with alcohol consumption might not be ideal, but it's part of my life that I'm not looking to change drastically at the moment.

my gains exploded when i stopped drinking. Was stuck for 4 months, stopped drinking and within 2 months i made more gains than the prior 6

Nice transformation. I think you already know the answer to the alcohol. It’s terrible for our health but so socially acceptable that not many think much into it. It’s definitely presenting a roadblock for you regardless if you want to see that or not. At the end of the day only you can make that decision to drop or not. My experience is it makes a huge difference on many levels once you stop.

Do you run anavar year round? If so do you have any issues with BP? Thanks for the heads up on cialis and acid reflux. Was experiencing reflux but thought it was my new vitamins.

To be honest I have only been on Anavar since July. I plan on running it year around but you have to be on a low dosage like 10mg to not have it destroy your liver readings on your bloodwork. Most of the studies are done at 10mg and there is evidence that there is little to no changes on liver functionality when keeping your dosage low at 10mg. At higher dosages you should only run it for 6 - 8 weeks and get your bloodwork done every 3 weeks to monitor your liver.

When it comes to the cialis I received 10mg pills on my touchdown. I started by cutting them into 1/4's then working my way up to 1/2's and that has helped mitigate the acid reflux until my body got used to the medication, titrating up with any new compound it always a good idea. Also drinking something with calcium like milk when you take the pills goes a long way to stopping acid reflux as well. When it comes to BP that is why I am taking the cialis to help with BP issues which just come from androgen's in general. I am pretty consistently at 130-135 over 80 - 89 every day which is considered slightly elevated. Always monitor your BP and talk with your doctor about medical solutions if it gets too far out of whack.

Great work brother and keep at it….now as far as alcohol goes yea it is 100% interfering with any gains in the gym I’m a alcoholic myself but clean coming in 5 years I’m not by any means saying you are one but I know that I always struggled getting abs even though I busted my ass in the gym and took gear yada yada….2-3 months after I quit drugging and drinking I my gut just evaporated and with very little effort had crazy abs…I see it in all my gym bros and coworkers who struggle to get lean even though their diets and workouts ant solid….they all have 1 thing in common they all drink moderately or even the weekend warriors…I say just try to cut it out completely for even a month and you’ll be surprised at how much leaner you’ll be ….keep at it you got this

Point well taken. I do everything right regarding diet and exercise and know that the last layer is booze. Never had a problem with quitting for long periods but also love my lifestyle while I live it. Everything in my life is top notch, couldn't be happier about my trajectory and also enjoy knocking a few back. Just need to remove that appointment from my calendar and decide if the cut abs are more important than my current reset regiment, or need to find another replacement for chill time.

Your dosages are very conservative.

That said, your before and after are both achievable without drugs in the mix. I’m not saying this to shame you, I respect what you’re trying to do and I’m glad you’re here as a part of the community.

I enter discussions about steroids with a firm belief that if you are ready to play with borrowed time (bumstead quote about how steroids allow you to see muscle faster, but also cut your life shorter) that you need to take the game seriously. I understand how hard it can be to cut out alcohol but with the dedication you’re showing in the rest of your plan you will amaze yourself with what you can do once you cut out the drinks.

Keep up the hard work brother.

I totally agree. I am looking to improve my life in every way and have found that using low dosages of compounds was the push I needed to get into the gym 6 days a week. I would love to see my lifespan natty and being an NPC on the computer eating taquitos, V.S. investing in compounds and doing the hard work. I can promise you this version of myself lives longer.

Doing good bro. Love the detail. Cialis 100% gives heartburn of mixed with wrong thing. I take it with while milk... hate to point out i do hope in wrong but that pic on the left looks like you went for click click on the feds?? An i wrong?? I also like your workout routine. I've done stuff like that with good results. But it starts to break down too much after a while. Gotta stay switching it up tho right?
Far as the alcohol.. i mean do you really have to ask if it's effecting your gears effects and your training? Pretty much answers itself. Lol. Liver support milt l milk thistle extract, and in surprised my boy you were just talking to anvil didn't put you on cuz he told me about this. Tudca+nac. Probably draining your potassium ask the pissing while drinking. B complex wrong hurt anybody right. Vitamin c always. Some d basic shit. If your MD l not taking then already. Old timer told me a long time ago he been juicing since the 80s. Drinking alcohol makes you piss out all your nutrients. Def a Lil counter productive. But your not trying to compete right just look decent and be healthy. In the end do what makes you happy period. And if you start getting that worried about alcohols effects on you and your regime. Stop drinking for 4 weeks and monitor the difference. Far as all the fancy shit about knowing if your liver is still fucking up to your enzymes aren't elevated. This is purely my opinion cuz that's not my area. Anvil could tell u way more about that type of shit. But if say I'm sure it can get fucked up with your enzymes being good. But 4 or 5 drinks. That's kinda moderate. My advice GOOGLE IT!!! Lol that's what i do.

Appreciate the input, thanks for taking the time for the head check. Unless my math is wrong I believe I am a decent bit under 500mg per week:

Testosterone (140mg weekly)
Primobolan (105mg weekly
Deca Durabolin (70mg weekly)
Anavar (70mg per week)

Which comes out to 385mg per week plus the HGH. But I will definitely take the advice to heart and try for sober October and hit that 14% as I stay on the gain train.

Thank you, I don't recognize myself most of the time when I see me in the gym mirror waiting for my turn for reps. The big difference is in how people treat you when you talk to them. Like a night and day difference.

That was from January 15th - September 15th so 9 months. I started the first couple weeks working out 3 times a week with no cardio, mainly lower weight full body strength training. Then graduated to 4 days a week, then 5, then six. Then I started adding daily fasted cardio around 3 months ago which made all the difference in the world. Pretty happy with my stack and the low amounts providing such noticeable results. Currently my test level sits around 1200 and my estrogen at 30.3 well controlled thanks to the primo.

Been completely teetotal and done nothing but train and eat healthy. Lower your body fat aside from the obvious cardio and watching what you eat I’d recommend running hgh alongside test. Does wonders for burning stubborn fat.

Instead of
Combining alcohol and the great process, and the low gear dose regimen , which you have dialed in (more so than I can say)

Harm reduction says you can’t get off the legal booze there’s always a pharma alternative and it’s way less caloric dense.

I can sit here and run cycles addictively, but the thought of Alcohol is so displeasing, especially how relaxing a small buzz can do for the heightened adrenaline response of gear,
I would be caught up in no time like three years ago hitting the 100 proof and attempting to do back day, spent three days in a motel to provide a clean urine so the recovery house owner could let me back in

Try going sober for 30 days,
Most fail everytime just a little motivation cause you’re onto something big bro, you look mighty fine already ,
You seem like you know the drinking sucks idk call me the alcohol police it’s just what society wants us hooked on..
