11 Shows. National Level MP competitor. Going into offseason shortly. 5'7 175-180lbs 8-10% bf. Planning a 16 week blast. Started Already hence the first 2 weeks we'll be finishing out september then rolling into October, November, December then cruise January February potentially March for health phase.
Not a fan or NPP or Deca, ideally like to avoid wet compounds. I don't have an AI listed in this cycle but have some on hand incase I run into issues but don't typically need one with primo when i stay around a 2:1 test to primo ratio. I know my numbers look weird 280, 490mg etc no magic behind that I just pin daily and break things down day by day then multiply by 7 to get my total mg for the week.
The Tren and anadrol may go in at the end to break through some final strength gains and clean things up a bit but if they do go in it'll be pretty minimal.
May introduce slin into this but i think people get negged on here for talking about slin so no further need to discuss that.
Training is currently 4 days / week prioritizing recovery post show and building back my CNS.
Macros are currently 227g Protein , 309g Carb, 41g Fat. Food will taper up as needed but no need to push more food and ruin insulin sensitivity while I'm still gaining. Getting water logged is a shitty feeling also - those damn low back pumps where standing or tying shoes sucks.
Planning on a long offseason 1.5-2 years before we take another shot at the pro-card. No need to get greedy now. Theres plenty of time to build in the next 2 years. Ideally want to get my gyno removed (not super apparent) but want to get it nipped in the bud and not worry about it off season or in season.
ideally trying to add 10lbs of stage weight before my next stage appearance.
I'm 5'7 MP athlete currently and I compete on stage around 168lbs, I believe my Pro cap is 182lbs so plenty of room to really add some dense mature muscle to this physique.

AK80Only question I have is about the sources, so to play it safe, I'm fine with #'s or acronyms. Purple Monkey? #1 USA? I think I'm eating enough. I think I'm training enough. Perhaps I need to start pinning delts or shoulders instead of the same place all the time? Maybe it's because I'm 6'1" and not 5'7" ?

Yes actually I do have Telmisartan in at 40mg daily
Are you using any of the taboo or meta? I find anything over 4iu of high I need it or the sides creep up and I start holding water
Currently no slin. Carbs aren’t high enough to justify it. Blood sugars still around 80-85 fasted.
For water retention I do have in 40mg of Telmisartan it helps a ton

Just started my first run with primo a week ago also and the cycle looks similar to yours except I'm running the primo higher, @750mg/week. Wanted to see how the cosmetic effects are with it compared to other compounds.
I will say primo does do a number on my hair so just a “heads up” or you get the same. Not sure if this is ok to talk about idk why it wouldn’t be but I utilize RU58841 sarm topically and it really does help protect against the shedding for me.
I’ve ran primo up to 600, I’ve always kept my test a bit higher tho cause it I run it to close to my primo I’ve noticed and got labs back for low E2.
Primo is a great drug otherwise, I get super round / hard and stay damn dry on it.
That’s pretty much exactly how I’d set up a good offseason run man. Slow and steady, progressions climbing as the cycle goes on and food creeping up with it.
You’re on the right track. What’s your previous top milligram per week of total anabolics? Essentially what’s the most you’ve ever run total.
Thanks brother. We’ve ran it up pretty high peak contest prep. Around 1500-1600mg / week then some injections get dropped and orals get tapered up to make up for milligram loss a bit.
Ideally hoping with the bigger push in gh I won’t have to go much passed 1g a week. Have ran hgh up to 6iu for a period with no issue.
Someone mentioned above an ARB - I’m actually a big fan of Telmisartan especially as my body weight pushes up I really feel like it does wonders for allowing me to push that ceiling a bit + the other protective properties of being renal protective, cardiac remodeling etc.
You may find you need to escalate up to that 1500-1600 range again for offseason. My coach has me add 200-300 to my peak precontest dose for my peak offseason dose.
I’m hoping the gh will allow you to keep doses lower but be realistic with your progress and if needed, maybe at week 12 have a last push up in milligram totals.
