Randomly received this in the mail…?

So I received a package over the weekend, opened it and it contained a Ultima HCG and Nakon Semaglutide in it. Cool right? Except I have NO IDEA who sent it. I didn’t order it lmao. I’d like to give whoever sent it the proper credit, but I’m at a loss. The Ultima HCG doesn’t seem to be vacuum sealed, as the contents are shaking around in the vial. Will that have any impact to it? If your a source and sent me this, lemme know so I can credit you for it lol

Give the Semaglutide to a fat friend and the HCG to a fellow gym-goer that just so happens to fall in the 50% category of people who DO suffer testicular atrophy from exogenous testosterone. I don't!

That's right. We ALL either got lucky from our mom and dad or we didn't; simple as that. Same with Asians. Same with blacks. However, I will say that tanning and shaving does make it better (Neither one of them have to obviously LOL) Only thing you can do is use a pump and it's temporary. That's if you don't cum from it first.
