I’ve definitely looked better and more vascular and not at all pumped in these and honestly I couldn’t get a great flex and hold it while trying to juggle and snap the pic lol and I’d love to do a show someday this is all zero dieting and zero cardio……that prep dieting and food planning scares the hell out of me
