Been little hard to sleep some nights any idea what to do here no a/i the only Side effect hard to get 8 hours or sleep in and take a hour to hour and half to fall asleep
Is it better to go back to Pinning once a week instead to twice

As I mentioned a week back, I also was anavar 50 mg a day for five weeks stopped 8 days ago

Var raised your your testosterone which raised your estro. Your levels were probably even higher 8 days ago. I could be be wrong. But i was thinking and trying to help figure out how 160mg a week had your estro levels so high. Think we found the answer. Stay off the anavar and your levels should go back to where you want it. Again, i could be wrong. If both levels are still high in a couple weeks then lower your test shot

Why did you only test your estro? If you have your testosterone levels it will tell you a lot more and what to do with your estro. If your test levels are higher than normal than you can lower the dose to lower your estro to avoid throwing AI at it. Can you find out your Testosterone levels and you can get better answers
I had to go to walk-in clinic to check my estro separate because my doc only checks total t psa and HCT
And I checked total last week I always sit at 1690 total test
Wow! A 1690 off of 180mg is really high. With those numbers you could run a TRT dose of 80mg and still pull the 700’s. Lower that dosage brother.

Correct. I am not sure if the anavar messed with my E2 I know pre Trt my E2 was 30.
Maybe it’s still in my blood and the rest Friday made it higher but so stopped var 8 days ago
Either testosterone is overdosed or you are a high responder. Cut to 100mg a week and test both then.

Well that explains your 86 estro. Cut your test and total test in half and your estro cuts. Badda bing badda bang. 1690 is way to high if you dont want any sides. Waay too high to be TRT.

Well we got another breadcrumb up above. He had added 50mg a day of anavar. Explains how he has high levels at 160mg a week. Wish i knew that key info before this whole conversation started lol. Could have saved a lot of typing and speculation
Bro 8 weeks ago before I ever touched an oral I tested total test on 160mg a week and it was 1660 total test
But I never tested E2 till two days ago and that was after the var.
Ok then like i said above i could be wrong and maybe am. If i am i apologize. But cut the test like i originally recommended. If your levels were that high before the anavar then i am wrong.

Your E2 should always be 5% of your total test

I had his problem too. Bc of insurance bs, my PCP can't order IGF or estro, had to refer me to Endo. So I just do private labs and show him later. He's pretty understanding guy.
What’s your T levels on that dosage? If that is TRT you can lower and still get the desirable results. A lot of ppl stay around the 125/150 range. Like others have said, multiple injections per week should keep E2 and sides in check. You may be a super high aromatizer.

Makes sense. It’s roughly 5 percent of your total T is your E2 number
Nice I am 1690 total T at 160mg I made a mistake I take 160 mg test c not 180 test c. but et is 83
I may Cut my dose in half. I think I am a true hyper responder.
I also had to switch from pharmaceutical to
Pharmaeq test c because Doctor will not fill if I’m above 1000 total test
And I was not experiencing any sleep issues on the same dose with test C pharmaceutical from doc so not sure lol.

Daily subq doses. Add some calcium d glucarate and dim complex 2x daily. At trt level dose those sups will tame your e2 by a decent amount

I was looking into this protocol over a year ago. Some research showed the DIM will bind to androgen receptors effectively blocking the testosterone from entering the receptor.

No. Just lower your test dosage.
