Been little hard to sleep some nights any idea what to do here no a/i the only Side effect hard to get 8 hours or sleep in and take a hour to hour and half to fall asleep
Is it better to go back to Pinning once a week instead to twice

I purchased it as well as the Calcium D Glucarate that he mentioned in hopes it would help tame some of the acne I experienced when I started running test. Once I came across this info I discontinued after just a few days and went the accutane route.
See I knew about both DIM and Calcium Glu but I wasn't too confident in either one. But you're saying they work but not how we would like them to work.

180mg puts t level at ?
No need to back load the insulin pin. Unless your test is in some sludge-like carrier oil you'll be able to draw it. It's not the fastest process in the world but doable. We're talking like 13 units a day on the insulin pin if you doing daily subq for 180mg per week. It's easy. I pin every morning after brushing my teeth so I don't forget. Plus, it mimics your body's natural process as test is highest in the morning.

Twice a week is better for stabilized bloods but I recommend taking an AI if you're having e2 sides.

You shouldn’t need an AI on trt. Inject more frequently and/or lower your dose. If more frequent injections at 180/wk still puts you that high on e2, then you need to lower the dose. Frequent injections do make an appreciable difference in e2 levels though.
Not true.I have always higher estrogen or high on trt : nebido or test cyp or sustanon or gel.Some people convert more to e2 i think it can have be something with predespositon and food etc. I think the biggest think is how you deal with high estro some people dont even know they have it but some feel it bad.

Well normally someone on TRT at normal range wouldn't or shouldn't need an ai, now we shouldn't act as if everyone is normal because those rare such as yourself may need an ai. I've seen this a few times so we should be careful not to generalize everyone lol. But yea normally no ai should be needed.
This isn’t a subjective opinion I will argue. Claiming you need an AI on TRT would be akin to saying normal functioning males and teens going through puberty also need an AI for their natural test production. That’s great you have an opinion, but it is objectively wrong. I have no issue with trying to run a TRT dose higher than your body can tolerate though. Just don’t go about spouting fallacies that real TRT can have an AI involved just because you like to run higher TRT.
anvilIt's now because Doctor will give you a script for both. My brother is on trt with slightly elevated e2 and the doc couldn't wait to get him on some nolva. I advised to increase to mwf and just tell him he took it. Another way for medical field to make money. Edit- his E2 was like 2 above reference
