+ 4 1st time Test/DHB/Mast Cycle
10 years training - 3 years enhanced
I felt the need to post this log bc the gains and the amount of people been telling me I’m looking bigger is like never before so I want to share my experience and log this up. It makes sense bc this is the most amount of gear I have run yet.
Goals:
Weeks 1-4: Stay under 255 and cut/recomp.
Weeks 5-14: Lean bulk - 1lb / week
The last 3.5 weeks have been 20 min stairmaster, and 10k steps daily. I was eating 3 or 4 days at 2,600 calories - 300P, 225C, 55F - followed by a higher carb day at 3,000 calories - 275P, 350C, 55F. I was following a 3 days on 1 day off training split and my high day would never fall on an off day.
Took 4 days off training after the first 3.5 weeks and as of today we started the lean bulk.
Training
For the last 2 years I have been strictly training bodybuilding reps 10+. Chasing the pump and burn. Over the weekend I got the feeling to start working some strength training back in so I decided to do the lean bulk and do a power building type program. Training is 5 days/wk and is as follows:
Bench/Upper Body, Squat/Lower Body, rest, Back Hypertrophy, Push Hypertrophy, Deadlift/Leg Hypertrophy, rest
On the bench, squat and deadlift days I plan to start with that movement and a 5x5. The first two workouts of the week are all compound movements with rep ranges 5-10.
Cardio will remain at 20 min stairmaster and 8-10k steps daily.
Diet
The plan is to titrate calories back up. This week is 2,850 calories - 300P, 300C, 50F.
Next week is 3k - 275P, 350C, 55F. I will likely hang here for 2 weeks and then jump 200 calories at a time after that.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-3: 700 test, 450 DHB - got my bloods checked, e2 came back at 78 so added some extra mast that I had laying around
Weeks 4-14: 700 test, 450 DHB, 275 Mast.
I have Superdrol on hand which I plan to pulse throughout. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I did that last year and really enjoyed it.

Gear has been pulled down to 500 test, 300 DHB, and 200 mast. Calories are up to 3,500, however yesterday I had an amazing leg day. I moved a lot of weight around and it was an intense workout. Incorporated drop sets on the Leg Press and Isolation movements, by the end I believe it was somewhere around 14-16 hard sets (not including warmups) Finished off with 20 min on a spin bike. Last night I ate like a horse. Made my way up to 4,200 calories. This morning woke up at 254.6..... The heaviest I have been during this cycle was 257. It has been an epic cycle and I am recomping like crazy. Veins in legs like never before, and back/shoulders are filling out my 2XLT shirts that were loose on me 3 months ago
I think this is day 11 or 12 on 20mg SD despite feeling and looking like a super hero the last 12ish days it is time to have it come to an end... woke up yesterday and my hunger was nuked. Gave myself the option to eat whatever I wanted but by 4pm or 3rd meal, I had acid reflux and only about 2,000 calories in. Ate bfast this morning and within 2 hours, more acid reflux... until next time SD, see ya in 2 weeks!
Bodyweight jumped up 3-5 lbs after first week of Superdrol 20mg PWO. I am full as a house. Workouts are amazing. Started incorporating a dropset for the final set of each exercise. Pumps are crazy and they hurt - I love it. Appetite has not been impacted, its actually cranking - I have to eat every 2.5-3 hours or else I am starving. Eating between 3,250-3,500 calories daily. That breaks down into 300g protein, 375-425 carbs, and 60 fats. Plan to jump to 3,500-3,750 calories next week. I will also be dropping doses to 500 test, 300 DHB and 200 MastE, totaling to 1g gear. I believe with as the calorie surplus grows, my recovery will not be impacted.
Took first dose of 20mg SD yesterday for an upper body day - turned me into a superhero. The delts were full, round and bubbly. My entire upper half was full as a house, not to mention the veins I am getting from the DHB, it is literally lights out. Hit my 5x5 on bench with 275lbs. That's a PR. The SD makes me turn into a furnace, completely covered in sweat on my drive home. Side note: I am pretty sure the DHB has been giving me some night sweats not sure why but my guess is its due to it kicking up my metabolic rate. I have been experiencing night sweats a few times a week for the last several weeks.
Tuesday I hit an Upper Body day that consisted of the following:
Flat Bench 5x5x245, 255, 265 and 275 for the last two sets - trying to figure out where I wanna start my 5x5 for next week.
Barbell Row 4x8x225lbs
Decline Barbell Press 3x8x235lbs
Body weight Pull-ups 3x8-10
Barbell Shoulder Press 5x5x135lbs
Skull Crushers4x10-12x105lbs
Hammer Curl 4x8-10x60lbs
Plank 4x60 seconds
Overall, I am happy with that starting point and plan to solidify / add weight to next weeks numbers! Took a rest day on Wednesday and today is Chest, Shoulder, Triceps Hypertrophy!

Amounts of gear and 10 years of training?
Yes. Big frame - height is 6’6 - I did some marathon training about 7 years ago so that halted some progress as far as bodybuilding goes but that came back within a year. Ofc that was all natty at the time. I’ve put on about 7 lbs a year since becoming enhanced. This is my first cycle running over a gram.
My fault homes I didn’t realize you were a 6 foot 6 lad .. no disrespect . I know how hard it is to look “big” at anything over 6 ft 3.. I got into half marathon runs when I was in prison. My trt protocol went from 200mg a week in county too 200mg every other week, I felt terrrrrible and running was the only thing to bring me happiness.

Appreciate the clarification. I look way bigger in real life towering over everyone at the gym haha pics have never done me justice. A gram of gear works wonders. This here about 1.5g and man it’s amazing
The best I’ve felt is 7400ngdl on a test only cycle with my e2 on the higher end, I don’t think I’ve made a pass at more women in that short amount of time !
oh shit I am bannedHow does pulsing the superdrol work for you? Have some coming in a few days and want to run it for 4 weeks but wondering if pulsing it might be better. You said you liked pulsing it last year have you ever ran it just 4 weeks straight before?
My goal is to never feel side effects and I know that if I push it 3-4 weeks the sides will start to creep up on me and eventually hit me like a train. Even though I could be leaving gains on the table (controversial) I would prefer to have energy throughout the day and be able to eat my meals with out feeling sick due to the appetite suppressing effects. By pulsing 2 weeks on, 2 off then I never feel any of the major sides. I can eat my meals, make my gains and continue to make progress.
Today I hit Squats / Lower Body. I did 315lbs for my 5x5 on Squats. I'd like to increase to 325lbs next week. The following exercises were:
Hack Squats 4x8,8,6,6
Leg Press Calf Raise 6x10-12
Leg Press 4x12,12,10,10
Split Squat 3x10
Ab Crunch 4x12
Overall, felt great and it was fun to push heavier weights again. Ended with stairmaster for 30 min HR around 140 BPM. Less than 5k steps today. DHB is awesome. I am full as a house and the veins are thicker... my quad veins are becoming more pronounced. Looking forward to upping the carbs over the next several weeks.
