+ 2 Where to learn about compounds?
ad
Even just a brief overview.
Which compounds are best for certain goals, how to combat their sides, and what they're usually paired with.

Use the youtubes brother. That and this platform here. Search up compounds you're interested in, soak it up. There is much to learn
Reddit surely isn’t the spot for good TRT info.. otherwise it might be OKAY.. there’s a lot of profiles on here with a couple thousand karma points. I had not heard of these fellas years ago. They’ll be the ones to PM
I like it a lot for compound specific threads. It’s pretty good for that.
Anything about cycles I would stay off Reddit for.
Like “what compound would make me hornier than Tren”
Reddit perfection
No the ones that say [compounds] “x anabolic”
Lots of great information in those.
This website is a good resource. I might also get shit for this as well, but the steroid Reddit has pretty good information and anecdotal experience from users.
I would take what I find on Reddit with a grain of salt, especially in terms of cycle advice, but there are many different threads on specific compounds on there where people explain pros, cons, side effects, potential health risks and more. It’s pretty decent.
Overall just try and do as much research and gather broad wide range information from many sources since there isn’t a lot of actual scientific testing going on.
It tends to be one extreme to the other on there lol There are actually some very interesting articles written by full on Professional lifters by the likes of John Haack etc but then you have the other end where its full of newbies dropping Methyltren tablets like they are DBol.
Yeah you really do need to vet it. Reddit is like the Wild West. They really just go for it most of the time with no discipline or regard for health and safety.
I feel bad for the kids out there who are influenced by it because they do really stupid shit like oral only cycles (sometimes 3 at once!!!) and no pct and other dumb shit.
Age of information and disinformation. Bad information is just as easy to get these days. I really wish there were more scientific studies done.
You could go back to the tried and true method of books. William Llewelyns “anabolics” (the newest edition) is probably the most comprehensive book out there. But at the same time, you have access to ever single bit of human knowledge about steroids at your finger tips right now. But it can be hard to know what to search for, that’s when books can be helpful.
You can use the search bar up top and just search each compound name individually and read what you find. Then search “cycle design” and “pct vs cruise” “estrogen control” and maybe “side effect mitigation”
Not trying to be funny bro - But you are sat on an Anabolic Steroid Website full of 1000's of Steroid Forum posts, what do you think?
I use long esters for bulking short esters for cutting that works well for me. Some steroids are good for cutting some for bulking and some you can use for both with good results.
Start be learning about that esters and half life’s of each steroid and then the rest will fall into place for you as you read and learn . Good question to be asking and thumbs up from me
Utilize that search bar at the top. It will help you tremendously.
The best compounds are made from shipping containers and have lots of cameras and booby traps
Different compounds do different goals to different users. None of our bodies are the same. You are on the right spot though. Plenty reading and find a user that relates to you the most. Wont get it all to fit in this one post
anvilThis entire website is dedicated to that.
It's goes diet, training, then compounds.
