Bicep tendon injury (onlythesbestaas bpc-157 and tb500)
42yom, 205lbs, 20%bf (i think). I overextended on the preacher curl bench in 2022 and felt it "pop". Right bicep at the interior of the elbow. After that, I couldn't so much as lift a bottle of water without sharp pain from my lower bicep to the middle of my forearm. Since I had limited options at the time, I resigned to stay off of it for about six months and tried to use a hot compress at night to warm it. Seemed to work temporarily. It is always something stupid like jerking large weight towards me while my arm is fully extended. Then I reinjured it in 2023 and decided to give peptides a run. I'll do my best to recount this but I'm new here so be gentle. Pictures will be limited as well since my bicep looks the same from the outside and I prefer not to show off my ink... yet.
Dosing- There are lots of differing accounts of experiments and animal trials out there so I decided to land on an amalgam that seemed on the high side of center. I've done this twice now and noticed better results (personally speaking) with subcutaneous injection as opposed to IM. I also noticed that a 1xED nightly application of a hot compress (electric heating implement for bicep) was drastically advantageous compared to not using one at all.
Although the apparent healing time went from 6 months (with no peptides, abstaining from bicep use) to around 3 weeks (of a 6 week cycle followed by an 8 week cycle, with peptides), I have concluded that my bicep tendon will never permanently be healed without surgery as I have continued to need to restrict use to light weight to reduce risk of reinjury. Nevertheless, the healing that did happen was remarkable given the (f'ing useless) condition it's been in directly post-injury. Although not a truly scientific conclusion, the results were unmistakable and could never be chalked up to placebo effect, wishful thinking, or prayer ;). It was just too drastic. The pain shooting down my arm when I pick up a gallon of milk, stabbing pain, just goes away one day about three weeks in and I can at least do normal functional tasks again. I've started focusing on low/medium weight x high rep x short rest workouts anyway. Getting old sucks. I am anxious to try this process on a shoulder or knee since a tendon tear is different than creaky joints or sprained muscles. I suspect my shoulder is muscular and my knees are cartilage. Different ballparks.
More info- used 5/16" slin pins because they are easier to hit an area with such tight skin. Avoiding veins in that area is nearly impossible. My arms look like I am smuggling earthworms. It's been that way my whole life. Just lucky I guess. Reconstitute 5mg TB vials with .4cc because it seems to be the minimum needed to dissolve the pellet adequately and still stay low enough to avoid problems since you are injecting the whole thing at one time subQ. Reconstitute BPC with 1cc because it made dosing easy. 5mg vial x 1cc means that .1cc = 500mcg. and .1cc can be injected subQ twice per day at first, once per day after frontloading. I will be posting the cycle table of my second cycle. First cycle looked the same only done for 6 weeks (3 weeks frontload and 3 weeks maint.) If there are any questions or things I missed, I am happy to provide more info. Cheers.

Everything I read and learned showed me diffrently. I did tb500 and bpc-157 shots daily. I did one shot in the morning and one in the evening alternating peptides. I did shots on chest and delt and mostly IM then sub Q. Did a 3 month protocal after I had surgery for detching my pec major off the bone. I was healing alot faster then anticipated, and the doctors were extremly surprised.
Oh interesting... everything I found was so all over the place. I saw only things that had TB at 2-3 times weekly. Do you mind sharing how you broke up your dosing then? And if you are alternating peptides daily (assuming you mean one in the morning and one at night) then you are taking your whole BPC dose once a day? Because everything I found had BPC injections multiple times a day. It was very difficult to find anything solid, black and white. Everything from 6 weeks to 10 weeks, 15mgs to 5. Lots of variations. Thanks for the info. Maybe I should try running it longer.
Hopefully I get this correct. I read for tb-500, 2-3 shots a week, between 5mg to 20mg a week. For BPC-157 people suggest so many mcg per weight. I was around 200ibs so I should of been injecting 250mcg but my doctor told me just to do 500mcg a day, so I ran with that. Bpc-157 I was running 500mcg daily first thing in the morning and in the afternoon I was doing tb-500. The reason was because the life of the peptide so thats why people suggest doing two shots of Bpc to keep it in your system. I did 5mg a week of Tb-500 and broke up into 7 days to keep it in my system. THIS ALSO DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH BAC WATER YOU USE. Since they work hand in hand it just made sense to always keep it in your system. Talking to people in other forums and websites, 3 months is what you want to do. This gives the peptides enough time to really do its job. It was night and day for me and when the wife got injured we did the same thing and it helped. For my math on Tb-500 I only mixed it with 1ml of bac water. So its 5,000mcg of TB-500 per 1 ml once mixed.
Every 1mg of Tb-500 =1,000mcg.
So I was 715mcg daily.
715mcg (daily) x 7 days = 5,005mcg which is 5mg a week.
Let me know if this helps.
Absolutely it does. I appreciate you going in to detail. Looks like the main differences are- I ran my BPC higher and my TB higher but you injected the TB more often and ran the whole thing longer. I'm not sure why they all say to inject TB only a few times a week but it makes sense to keep it in there more often given its longevity in the bloodstream. There are so many sources of information and many of them are listed as "theoretical" so detailing something that actually worked is helpful. Thanks bro. EDIT- I may do the whole thing over soon and increase my TB frequency and run for 3 months. I'll post up when I do.
Yes eveyone has diffrent opinions but this has worked for me and many others. I ran short of my Tb-500 whem dialing this in so some days I did run BPC-157 twice a day until I got my TB in. Trust me, alot of learning through the whole process. Plus it does help with recovery when working out. Found out some bodybuilders take it to not be so sore when going extreme. I will be doing another round here soon. If you check the promos, someone has an amazing deal for both peptides and for 10 vials.
Now that’s what I’m talking about. Thanks for the heads up.
Hey how did you like running the peptides you got from that source? Now that it's been almost a year since you posted this what does did you find optimal?
I’m not sure if it’s related to metabolism or if I just prefer running heavier when I can in the absence of side effects- but I would go for the longer front load when possible. I don’t see a reason not to. Beyond that, the 10mg for front load followed by 5mg maintenance seemed to work for me. Peptides are a tricky thing, not fully understood since the governments stance on them hasn’t allowed for wide and conclusive experiments. But even if we had that data, I think peptides are one of those things that effective dosage will vary heavily from person to person. There are so many factors to consider so everyone’s body is going to respond differently. The best advice I can offer is to start small with your dosing and work your way up, being watchful of side effects. That being said, in my research, there aren’t many side effects listed for peptides. I know that’s not much help but it’s better than making shit up or saying stuff like it’s bible truth when I really don’t know. Best of luck.

My grade school teachers always said I was antisocial too. I just come here to buy the juices. Found some great sources and I love them long time. I still check in every now and then. Still love you people, much homo.
