Week 1-12 : Test E 500mg/week (Wednesday night/Sunday morning)
Week 1-4 : Dbol 30mg Every day (15mg before training - 15mg 12h later)
Week 1-10 : Deca 400mg/week (I mix it together with the Test E)
Week 1-14 : Anastrozole 0,5mg (EOD)
Week 15-18 : ( 2 weeks after the last Test injection)
Nolva 40mg The first 2 weeks and 20mg the last 2
What do you say? Can I start these cycles? It took me a while to study it, I hope I did a good job
I was undecided whether to decrease the dose of Deca to 300mg and Dbol increase it to 40mg daily or just increase the Dbol to 40mg daily or just leave it as is.

Trained natty for many years back in highscool/college then again in late twenties. 8 years natty training before gear. But I won't try to gate keep. You're a grown ass man if you've decided it's time.
This was my first cycle and I had great results. Packed on a ton of muscle and weight went up over 20 lbs. .

You’re 6’ at 160lbs. Why do you feel you need to run test/dbol/deca? You’ve left at least 25lbs of natty gains on the table and abandoned ship. Now you plead to the steroid gods to do for you what you refuse to do yourself. Doesn’t work like that my friend. Proper training, proper rest and proper nutrition. Without mastery of these three elements, you build on shaky foundations and your temple with crumble

GamebredIt's not really like that, I'm 1.84 m x 72kg I come from almost 2 years of gym where I started 1.84 m x 56kg, following a diet and a right training pace, compared to how I started I am very happy with me, if I am here to ask about steroids it is because I would like to have more help to see myself better, I do not deny this and I have no problem saying it, I do not hide it
I personally think anyone who wants to use gear should do it naturally for ten years before adding. Were the same height and I built up to 240lbs naturally before using anything. This process taught me things that made subsequent steroid cycles MUCH more effective. Keep in mind if you hop on now you’re taking short term gains for long term losses

I agree 100%. The habits and work ethic I built doing it naturally for 18 years made using gear the magic sauce everyone claims it to be. It marginally enhances shitty habits, but drastically improves upon solid habits. Hopping on after “almost 2 years” is just crazy. If you don’t love and obsess over the grind, then you don’t deserve the gear.
Exactly the way I see it too, you should only be jumping on gear if you are passionate about training and lifting weights and thats after a few years of doing it at least. Back in my day hopping on a steroid cycle was a huge deal and a potentially life changing one, it wasn't something you took lightly at all. Nowadays its done by 16 year olds who have had a gym membership for 2 weeks, wondering why they don't look like that huge guy over in the squat rack whilst they are sat on the leg extension machine. Its beyond ridiculous, hearing idiots talking about using Trenbolone who haven't even got a clue about how to use protein shakes winds me up no end.
Run test e or c at 300 a week for your first cycle. You don’t need more.

Your not running the deca long enough in my opinion and plus when do you plan on running labs I highly suggest running g labs beforehand especially to see where your prolactin levels are at on a baseline and do you have caber on hand in case prolactin rises and at what point are you planning on running labs again to see. L Dopa also works good for prolactin issues as well per 233Sparta. I personally would run the deca at least 16 weeks but if this is your first cycle I would stick to just Test like 600 mg and check estro levels at 6-8 weeks

You’re running deca way to short to really get the benefits. You should be running deca for a few weeks longer maybe 16 weeks. Personally I like NPP better and if you want to run a nan for 10 weeks I recommend switching to NPP
But ultimately if it’s your first cycle you should drop the deca and just stick with test and dbol. You’ll get great results from just that alone if done correctly.
this seems like a first cycle to be honest id drop everything and start w 300mg test and work ur way to 500 week to week. u can always add in other compounds in the future. but the reason why its best to stick to one first so you know how it effects you.if u combine 3 different things how r u going to know? id also recommend aromasin for ai. test e usually is higher concentration so bear in mind as well and may induce pip so test c might be the way. i do my shots 3x per week. 2 should be fine. make sure u get bloods before, during and after. you need to get these “screenshots” and also dial in ur e2 for future use.
If this is your first cycle, Id suggest dropping the deca for now. But if your gonna take the deca regardless, alot of guys, myself included, have to run deca at half the amount of test.

Yes Id abandon the deca for first cycle. And the dbol. You got 3 aromatizing compounds im your very first cycle... It would be a terrible way to find out that your gyno sensitive.Test only for 12 weeks and at about 400mg a week. And as everyone else is saying you SHOULD get your diet and training in order first. But thats up to you. But the best way to do first cycles is test only and start on the lower end.
Also sub 5% body fat??…..I have to see this because I’m calling 100% bullshit lol
