Why is the website constantly going down everyday

How long did it take to get tracking number
Pack landed as apart of a promo. There was a chance my package supplier had "lost it in the mailroom" (too lazy to do their fucking work during team transition), but it ended up landing. During the process Steroidify was completely okay with me despite it looking like I was about to finnese a free pack or something. But, the pack was here, on time, and it is with me now, and was stellarly fast (I confirmed they INDEED had the package much earlier than they claimed, so Steroidify was on top of shipping). Will post a review once finished!

I think I may have spoke too soon. After placing the order they send me completely different criteria. Has this ever happened to anyone else. I’m gonna hold off commenting while I wait to see if they honor their first instruction.

They told me I needed to add to the order to use a specific transaction and this morning they sent me the name so I sent it then tonight I get a message saying I need to send about 40% more because it’s international after it’s already been sent. I saved the messages as proof just in case. Steroidify has always been good but this crap today is making me think that they aren’t all on the same page at this company. Hopefully I’m wrong but it’s in black and white. I’m very disappointed in today’s communications. I’m going to assume what was sent will be lost or forced to send again. That’s not an option it’s about the principle at this point. Hope I’m wrong. If I am I will let you all know but from the correspondence it’s cut & dry.
I still haven’t heard back but I think it’s two different people responding and that they will honor what has already been done. I truly believe this because Steroidify has always been excellent with a ton of integrity.
It worked out. I obviously overreacted. They are honoring what was initially said. Thanks Steroidify. This is why they are of my go to sources. What a relief lol
