I take 20mg MK first thing in the morning pre workout, then 5 IU’s Hgh before bed. Works well for me.

The hunger is there even on 10mg I just want to eat, if i go above 25mg the water retention gets bad.

I’m not too sure about that. Idk if mk overrides any shut down from gh. Mk is ghrelin agonist and would still have that effect. So idk will it add to gh serum levels and in turn IGF-1, or just only contribute to making you hungry. I’d like to see bloods, gh serum and IGF-1 on X amount of gh and then again after MK was added.
I am currently tunning their Hgh at the moment. Was going to test again in a couple weeks. Would it makes sense adding the test to my blood work 3 days after ? Would be in a fasted state. Looking for your input on accurate testing. Or I can always do a solo test for it.

If you’ve been on it consistently for at least a few weeks, then test anytime. Fasted is cool. If you want the most info, inject your entire daily dose IM approximately two hours before your blood is drawn. First class, Test GH serum, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3. Business class, GH serum, IGF-1. Economy, IGF-1

Also, some mk solo bloods for yourself. Very user dependent on how much gh you can coax out of your pituitary. Especially as you get older.

Crazy I have never pulled bloods for gh because this was the first time I could afford it, prior I have pharma stuff so wasn't worried, but like 500$ a kit I was at 1iu a day and still crying about it.

Such as in my case, my last baseline IGF-1 was 101, dismal. I can’t expect a three or four fold increase. So exogenous is the way to go. I would pull your baseline levels and go from there.
