That's a totally loaded question that could fill a whole semester of biology or organic chemistry that I dont even completely understand, but to keep it simple,.. first off you wouldn't even look at total testosterone numbers, we look at total free/available testosterone. The more available free testosterone inthe blood, the more potential binding to the androgen receptors, more binding equals more signaling to the nucleus of that cell, more signaling equals more messaging to the ribosome, more messages being sent the more STUFF happens. More protein synthesis and amino bonds created. More protein secretion and retention. More muscle, more strength. And that's just at the androgen receptors. You get more of all the undesirable affects as well through other mechanisms. Dht, estrogen, aggression, poor lipid and metabolic profiles, potential hair loss.

I just track total testosterone as a data point. Where does X amount of MGs put me. And these numbers are almost identical to my previous numbers from a different brand. Which tells me it's an excellent product/batch
