I am having a really hard time with this company I’m made a payment. It was my fault I thought they were able to ship within a week. So I just asked for a refund. You would think that would be a simple request. Well long story short they have not responded to any of my emails regarding the refund request so I even. Said if u aren’t going to refund me then I guess go ahead with the order. I have sent numerous email’s at least asking to proceed with the order since it’s too much effort to refund my payment welll at least u can proceed with the order. I have not heard a word.now in 5 days which is honestly just rediculous I mean they could. Care less about me the customer I lost a good amount of money which I really can’t afford to just lose. I just can’t believe this is how they treat customers. So my money was stolen as I see it. And it’s just very surprising cause I have never had any issues like this before but just beware if this is what they do than there are many other companies who actually do the right things in every aspect. I’m really disappointed and just can’t believe this happened but I guess he needs it more than me. Please refund me like I asked it should never of got to this . No matter what I will not even think of trying to save some money again I will go with the reputable companies I know and there are many cause they care not this place

You took the time to make this post. In that time you could have searched the forum and found that this company has not screwed anyone over. You thought international orders would be to you in a week? That info is on their website and all over here plus the fact basic logistics, you are not getting banned substances illegally sent you internationally in 7 days. Then you thought well I'll get an Amazon speedy refund through cryptocurrency..all you. You should pay extra to any source and little to me to have to deal with impatient little guys like you.... Sorry for the bad experience of refund , bcs the refund need form different wallet make it slowly , and also as your package already sorted out to express agent , we need make the package returned before the express agent process sorted , that is make it take sometime , and the refund should be already processed today , you will got it today later .
