Anavar for healing tendinopathy

ad

Hey there Smile I am currently using BPC-157, BP-500 and GKU-CU peptides to increase the speed of healing of elbow tendinopathy. I am wondering if any of you have experience with using Anavar for improving the rate of healing? I am not taking any other steroids or TRT at the moment, and so another question would be if I could potentially take Anavar on its own say 10-15mg daily? Or is it necceseary to have a testosterone base?

I really appreciate your help, thank you in advance!

Healing tendons is a much different process than muscles. Resting it is not the methodology. You have to progressively put the tendon under isometric load. If you just rest it, it gets weaker not stronger, then once the pain goes away a lower level activity than before will re-injure it.

I have dealt with severe jumpers knee and healed it. It’s not collagen synthesis boosting you need. It’s proper rehab techniques.

I’m not sure of the exact isometrics you can use for elbow, as my experience is with my knee. But the concepts are exactly the same. A way to progressively overload the tendon in an isometric fashion. Staying in the 3/10 pain level or lower the entire time.

Yes you are 100% right. I am trying to do tendon healing protocol starting with isometrics as well. So not only resting for sure!

Tendons take a long time to heal due to very poor blood flow and the way they are made up, they are not like muscle. I would be more inclined to use other methods like Collagen Peptides, Vitamin C, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, Creatine etc and simply use them continually everyday for 6 months plus. I just can't seen Anavar or EQ being any more effective at 'promoting' collagen synthesis than all these other things like Vitamin C that have been proven to. Results are much more likely to come if you stay on these things for a long time and use them regularly every single day - than say running an Anavar course for 8 weeks. Thats my take on it anyway.

Appreciate it thank you!

After watching Vigorous Steve on youtube (he goes over the studies) he showed that Anavar doesnt really shut down natural testosterone production, but might have understood wrongly.

Okay thank you! Yeah most likely I would plan on running it for 2-3 months to match it with Peptide protocol
