PUBLIC POST - Accessible to everyone.

Ok, People, now this is what I would consider an amazing card. Great fights right from the beginning with Cody Garbrandt in the first fight of the early prelims. Needless to say, I’m fuckin’ psyched and ready for a full night of great fights.

So, who ya got????

Chad P's picture

I knew Max was gonna bring it, made a few buck off my work buddies on that. Card definitely lived up to the billing. Poirier was the big winner on the night, he gets the title shot now.

Tony_C's picture

I mean he already had it. I'm pretty sure that contract was signed before last night.

Chad P's picture

Really, I didn’t know that. I just heard Dana announced it after the event, I thought it was a result of Charles and Justin both losing. Also Sherdog never reported anything of it either beforehand.

Tony_C's picture

That was a crazy card. I think I broke even on my bets. Happy for Max!

scoobydoo's picture

Fuuuuck!

scoobydoo's picture

A kick to the nuts followed by a knockout punch.

scoobydoo's picture

That was fucking badass. Max is awesome.

JakeKO's picture

Fucking Amazing!!!

pingree24's picture

Jiri is a bad motherfucker

pingree24's picture

Katter shit the bed

I'm 1-6 on my picks... damn, that's why I don't bet lmao

scoobydoo's picture

Lol. Betting would take the fun out of it. There are fighters I would prefer to see win, but in all reality, I don't care who wins. I like a good fight.

Tony_C's picture

I feel the opposite. I feel like betting makes it a little more fun. I don't go crazy though. I got a buddy who will drop a few grand gambling on fight nights. F*** that!

pingree24's picture

Aljo is super exciting :

pingree24's picture

What a stupid fucking strategy by holm

pingree24's picture

Turner has huge power.

Gf,moicano did great
Fought super smart

pingree24's picture

Miller is such a work horse

Not looking good for Jim.

Looks like I'm going 0-2 so far Smile

JakeKO's picture

Great fight! Warriors!!

pingree24's picture

Hell yeah they are

scoobydoo's picture

That was brutal.

pingree24's picture

Good 1st rd

scoobydoo's picture

It almost packed already.

scoobydoo's picture

Damn. $300,00 bonus incentives tonight.

pingree24's picture

Yeah, they upped them at the press conference on Thursday

pingree24's picture

Here we go boys!! If Cody's chin can hold up I think he takes it

JakeKO's picture

Hill
Yan
Gaethje
Tsarukyan
Nikal
Racic
Sterling
Kayla
Lopes
Turner
Andrade
Green
Garbrandt

pingree24's picture

Dann, you're taking hill too? Even after the injury? Maybe I'm not seeing something lol

JakeKO's picture

Trust me, there were a few hard decisions for me here. Something is telling me Halloway is going to win this one, but I’m a Gaethje fan, so I have to stick with him, but I may be making a big mistake here. Hope not.

Tony_C's picture

Well, in spirit I got:
-Perieria
-Zhang
-Gaethje (although, I'd love to see Max take it)
-Oliveira
-Bo
-Jiri
-Aljo
-Kayla
-Renato
-Miller
-Figueiredo

As far as bets go:
2 Team Parlay Round Robin,
-Miller
-Moicano
-Oliveira
-Holloway

Then a single bet on Brundage to win. He'll likely lose, but that spread is too good to pass up.

Holding out for some upsets on this one.

eighty7's picture

I like both Alex and Jamal.

JakeKO's picture

Me too. A lot of mixed feelings with my picks tonight

scoobydoo's picture

Garbrandt, Green, Andrade, Turner, Yusuff, Harrison, Sterling, Prochazka, Nickal, Oliveira, Holloway, Weili, Hill

pingree24's picture

Damn scoob, you think hill beats Alex after coming back from a torn Achilles in 9 months? If he does it would be one heck of a comeback story

scoobydoo's picture

Alex is getting to that age. There are very few fighters that have won or defended a belt at 36 and up. The only one I see still kicking ass at 36 and up is Jon Jones.

pingree24's picture

That's a good point, and he did get knocked out cold 3 fights ago

scoobydoo's picture

Hill would be stupid to take the fight if he wasn't fully healed. I can't remember who the fighter was. But a few years ago, a fighter took a fight pretty soon after getting the wires removed from his broken jaw. He got put in a face crank and you could hear his jaw snap. It was nasty.

eighty7's picture

It's so annoying that the UFC put that Zhang as the co-main event to gain favor with China. No one cares about that fight. And it's above many other better fights like Jiri or Bo.

scoobydoo's picture

It's a title fight. Weili rearranged Joanna's face. I remember Yan saying shit about Weili when Weili first won the belt. Yan said she should have been the first Chinese woman to win a belt. Or something like that. I like Weili. She is quite violent.

pingree24's picture

The pandering to China always pissed me off.

Who do you have?

eighty7's picture

I hope both Chinese women Test positive for steroids and I don't have to see them fight anymore.

pingree24's picture

Co main should be justin vs max.. that will be war.

pingree24's picture

Pereira
Justin
Well
Oliveira
Bo
Jiri
Katter
Holly
Yusuf
Turner
Jessica
Miller
Cody

DeeMan's picture

Looks like a stacked UFC card. Better enjoy cause at end of this month and next month you know what's coming! Especially in May....heavyweights! Boxing.

JakeKO's picture

Not sure if it’s old, but I’m watching Heavyweight Boxing live on ESPN+ right now. Ali Felix just won, but I’ll be switching to UFC in five minutes

DeeMan's picture

Cool. Might look at

pingree24's picture

Do you think Ryan can keep it competitive next week against devin?

DeeMan's picture

I hope so with all his prior distractions. Now my question to you is did you believe what he was saying? It was deep man. Serious stuff

pingree24's picture

I believe quite a bit of it has some truth to it. Usually where there's smoke there is fire

DeeMan's picture

No doubt. Hey go take a look at the OJ Simpson post. Saying Israel and Iran at it

pingree24's picture

Fury gonna take it?

DeeMan's picture

If Fury is on point yes...BIG bank take little bank. With two technically gifted boxers, the bigger man will always win.
