This is the best advice I've seen on this forum since I've become a member!!
K I’m almost done eating that ham
AK80Clean your kitchen Frank McGrath! Just kidding. That looks good. The bromelain in that pineapple should help digest that pork nicely.
Now I want some eggs and golden potatoes
LMAO I thought it was Beef and Potatoes!!!
Is that ham?
Yup it’s ham. I can eat that whole thing pretty quick
If anyone else eats ham pre workout. Please announce yourself now
Hahaha
It’s the best around holidays lol… eat 5-6 oz a hour prior.
Damn right, food, the most anabolic substance known to man. Just made me hungry
I been cooking my ass of lately because I need to have variety to eat enough.
Variety definitely makes getting enough to eat much easier and more pleasurable. I'll have to get into that habit one day
A rice cooker and slow cooker are the best way to start! I have fresh rice every two days and switch from ground bison, pork tenderloin, or steak. Fry the rice on a skillet to the flavor you want and bam!
Do you cook the meat as your about to eat it or do you prep that too
I usually cook 2-3 days worth in the evening. I’ve been on a pork tenderloin kick lately as I can get 4ish lbs marinated for $10-$12 recently. I sear on cast iron and finish in the oven. I fry the rice in between. About 4 cups worth cooked with carrots, peas, and onions. I’m eating pretty hearty for about $20 of food for those days.
Muscle Egg, which is somewhat of a splurge, has been my saving grace for the past year or so. I consume 16oz egg whites, maybe more depending on training schedule, and four whole eggs raw through out the day. I like things simple.
Ham is very easy to eat.
Fatty too... helps with energy during the day when you aren't consuming a shit ton of carbs.
