I live in right next to chicken/corn country so I see the trucks bringing chickens to the chicken plant. It’s weird as hell to see an 18 wheeler with like 500 Chiken cages on the back flying down the highway and there all still alive and don’t even know they are going to die. Americans eat like a million chickens a day so no one’s missing that one bird your eatin press, it’s ok, eat it up!!

Oh I know I’m gonna be in for a shock, last time I boxed I was 45lbs lighter and would sometimes run 10 miles and do 100 muscle ups for a workout. I’ll have to shed weight but that’s the point, those months with be considered my cruise and cut. Something to snap my mind out of perma-bulk mode.

When I was a lot lighter as a natty, I could run and bike ride everywhere no problem, fit as a fiddle lol Boxing would have been no problem at all, but its amazing how tiring continually throwing punches and bobbing around really is once you have some muscle on you and start doing BP inducing steroids - totally changes the game even though you become much stronger.
I’m looking forward to the challenge of finding a balance. I’m not trying to lose all my hard earned lean tissue, just want to cut, and get my RHR back down. I’m not looking to spar anyone unless they’re my dimensions. I don’t have the skills to get in there with a real heavy weight that has a 6in reach advantage.
