Yes I'm fully aware, I shouldn't have started PEDs my 1st year in the gym. I understand the risk and am considering TRT anyways.
But here are the results of being in calorie deficit, to body recomp.
Before and after 16 weeks
1st 8 weeks of 300mg Test a week
Then 8 weeks of 500mg of Test

I have to say... Great difference in the before/after pictures. The only question is what percentage of that you could achieve naturally in the first year of training. It is not so much about any risks of using steroids, but about my thinking that it is best to achieve as much as possible with as little chemistry as possible. It's healthier and you always have room to add something in the new cycle. In other words, if you could achieve 90% of that look in a natural way, what would happen if you only then went on a cycle.
I think that kind of transformation would’ve took 2-3 years naturally. 1.5-2 if he was religious about it. That’s my opinion. Fuckin traps grew like a mf lmao
I think the difference in the trapezius is the posing and pump. We have a picture without pumps and without posing/relaxed and we have pictures where he is pumped up and obviously posing/squeezing his muscles.
