+ 7 Keep it simple...and raw!

ad

Just trying to keep it simple...no likes needed. I'll keep this post up only for a little while. I thank all the good members for their support, I'll continue to support you guys. Support one another also. I won't be around as much due to work and business but it's all good. Follow your dreams. Positive energy! You better believe it!

ANPPC is All Natural Physique and Powerlifting Commitee, a defunct organization that was a bodybuilding and powerlifting organization combined which was the first of its kind, which I miss. Not sure what happened. This was the first competition trophy I won, 385 pound raw bench at 19 yrs old. Testing at event. Started using gear later. No need for me to get into current lifting numbers...(100 pounds plus more)

I don’t understand why you constantly say you’re out of shape, you look great brother.

DeeMan's picture

Thanks Simon, I'm not trying to be all modest and shit but I like to not be content, meaning always trying to get better. And you're right, I'm not out of shape but I don't look great...I'm trying to look great eventually. But that's just my mindset. I'm sure you can understand. We've chatted. Thanks though

Lol those were the good ole days. I remember that ATP supplement. Simple but good times no doubt.

And your lifts at only 150 pounds are good. You lifted double your bodyweight in bench press...and all this at the age of 18. Pound for pound you were something serious lol.

Bro 19 amazing! ABS are insane I need to start making that a priority in training thank you for the inspiration bro!

DeeMan's picture

You're welcome my man. Can't lie, I'm not dedicated to abs like it may seem. Always been neglected or just a 5 minute touch and go. But thanks

Arnold! ( avatar)

Haze421's picture

Yes truly amazing. Definitely motivates me

You make me want to get airbrushed, LOL, because my ab workouts just aren’t getting me to look like this. jk

Man please my abs are nothing compared to some other guys. I just hate even messing around with abs. Honestly I don't mess with them much because they're too damn stubborn. I need to do cardio though, I heard that will help. Hell maybe some of that GH you recommend will help lol. Anyways thanks and keep working hard my man.

JakeKO's picture

Mine definitely look better than ever, but they’ve never looked to good, so there you go, LOL

Thank you brother...real recognize real and that's fact. We just have to find our blessings and strengths that's all man. We all are different. Thing is at 19.. I didn't have the mental capacity to take things serious and that's my regret....but that's life. Thanks again for your solid support

Geez! No wonder why you can bench press like that! That chest lower portion makes you look like you have implants they're poppin like woah! What's more impressive is having a tight abdominal wall like you do, as we know most powerlifters have that huge gut. Awesome balance, reminds me of a guy a few people know....Larry Wheels lol! Good stuff bro!

Coming from you that means alot and you know I mean that. Yea most powerlifters clown me for looking different but I let them have their fun. 70's era bodybuilding and this are my passions.

And Larry Wheels is on another level. He's something else man. Just glad to see that he's being wiser about his dosages. I think he finally realizes now that his health comes first.
