So far I cant get Steroidify to let me pay them. I went through a LOT of effort to learn about crypto, set up an account at an exchange, fund the account, buy the Litecoin and put it in a crypto Wallet. All this just to give them my money in a form that Steroidify prefers! Yes, I did all that just to be a good customer. My reward? Well it' been five days now since I tried to order and they cant seem to get me a crypto address that will let me pay them. They keep sending me a Litecoin Segwitt address and not the normal Litecoin legacy address. I have thoroughly documented all this with screen shots of my Steroidiy account and my crypto accounts. Will be happy to post here if they cant get their act together. so that you all can avoid the same experience.

Regarding the issue with the Litecoin address, our system utilizes Litecoin Segwit addresses for transactions. We understand that this might differ from what you're accustomed to, but it's essential for maintaining the security and efficiency of our payment system.

So far I have spent at least twenty hours on researching and learning about Crypto, submitting help tickets with Steroidify, ProBit and TrustWallet, and doing all of the above mentioned plus the latest development:
I set up a new crypto wallet with Trust Wallet to transfer my Litcoin Legacy from ProBit to the Trust Wallet where according to TrustWallet I can change the Litecoin Legacy to a SegWit address compatible coin.
But guess what? Trust Wallet only generates a receiving address for the Litecoin in a SegWit format! This is exactly the same problem I started with (see above first comment regards Steroidify).
Steroidify, you really need to be more specific in your instructions about exactly what coin and exactly what format/address is acceptable to you. You should have been careful to mention that Litecoin Legacy or Regular or whatever the proper term is, will not work.
I have help tickets in with both ProBit and TrustWallet about this ridiculous problem so well see what happens next.
At this point I think you all at Steroidify owe me for all the work I am doing to use your preferred currency and draw attention to flaws in the system.
I had a huge issue just getting crypto. I decided to do the bank transfer instead. Costs a little more but less headache and they received confirmation of payment in less than 24 hours.
This is pretty good proof that Crypto is no where near ready for prime time. No rational person would go through this just to make a purchase...yes I must be crazy!
Philosophic note: If fiat currency is based purely on faith in it's value how is Crypto any different?

You can sync your bank card to cash app and well add money to cashapp by hitting add cash then go to bitcoin there’s already a menu button for it. Buy bitcoin is right there then after you purchase recommended amount or custom, there’s a buy, sell or a send/arrow option. Well top right that box you see looks like a square corners aren’t touching . Click that it’ll want a QR code to scan so your camera pops up. Well click the paste address and there you go. So when purchasing from this company and clicking bitcoin after purchase copy the Steroidify address and paste it to your cashapp bitcoin. Or you can simply add money buy sending the bitcoin to your wallet on Steroidify so your account on there has funds. Hope this helps

I made an order online via Bank Transfer. Upon requesting help on Telegram I was told to Venmo the money. The merchant (@Sterodify) confirmed receipt of this payment. I paid for (2) shipping fees over $60 total. Then they requested I send antoher $320 refundable shipping fee via Zelle. Nobody on Reddit or here has ever had that happen to them either, I am being scammed and reached out through “Contact Us” on their website also. BE CAUTIOUS
