I personally don’t think anyone has any reason to worry yet.

He said shipping wouldn’t start till the 18th I believe. It doesn’t mean he can’t start preparing the orders, getting labels ready, etc. You also gotta read the fine print on tracking notifications. I can’t go into detail in public about how they ship internationally and why it seems like the tracking isn’t updating, but it is moving. I’m more than happy to explain to anyone how it works & make sense of why the tracking looks like it’s not moving.

I ran an e-commerce business for about 5-6 years. Averaged the company a million in sales a year. Only reason I left was because the owner promised me a nice salary and commission, and then when I asked after 3 years, and after taking on a ton of extra responsibilities that I wasn’t hired for, told me he needs to see on paper how it’d benefit the company to pay me more. That set me off. I started with him, just the 2 of us, in his 2 car garage. I was able to get his e-commerce running so well, the first year we got into a 5000 sq ft warehouse, 7 employees, and I was the manager working 60 hours a week, didn’t pay me time and a half over 40 hours, expected me to use my personal phone to do work at home, answering customers and what not off the clock, then would bitch at me if I wrote I got back from lunch at 12:30 but it was 12:33. He also had a habit every morning, before I came in, to call and talk to me about work for an hour a day. Off the clock. This was back in 2012, started at minimum wage…finished at minimum wage. Not a single raise. When he told me he needed to see on paper how it’d benefit the company after making me false promises, I stopped doing anything I wasn’t originally hired to do. That pissed him off, and hurt his wallet. Then he tried to bring in his wife’s friend to be a new manager, and wanted me to train her lmao. I laughed and said no. He also wanted me to train the other new guys on shipping and how to get inventory listed. Again, laughed and said no. That was the final straw, he flipped out, took my keys and I left.

He fucked himself big time. I check his store out now, and he barely sells one thing a day lmao. I saw him constantly posting looking for a replacement for me (which pissed me off because he put starting pay $15 for that, but wouldn’t pay me more). I’m pretty sure he went out of business, I know his wife divorced him and probably took a shitload. Karmas a bitch.
