+ 1 TRT Bloodwork & Start of Spring Cut

ad

Here are some bloods that were taken as I was finishing up my TRT / health phase. I was taking 150mg/wk of their Test E 300. I pin m/w/f so I would have pinned 50mg Monday morning then had bloods done on Wednesday, then pinned after the blood was drawn.

Last week I started taking 200 test and 150 mast with plans of titrating up as my calories get lower and cardio increases for the spring cut.
Starting off at 3,200 calories per day and 30 minutes of cardio per day. When I plateau, the first move will be to drop calories to 3,000 and keep the train moving.
Starting weight is 252, plan to drop 20ish lbs over the next 10-12 weeks. Of course their will be progress pics along the way.
I have really been enjoying waking up hungry and actually wanting to eat every meal instead of force feeding like I was this past offseason/bulk phase.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

150mg of Mast is pointless. It's literally a waste of money and gear. A very minimum should be atleast double that

Just make it a point to donate every 8 weeks. That typically keeps it in check. It's not far out of range, it's expected. Also, the increased cardio will also help. The numbers aren't to concerning in my opinion, goes with the territory. But definitely something to keep you're eye on. Especially if hemoglobin creeps up alongside.

Better donate some blood. things are only going to get worse as you go up in dose.

Roger that. Are their any supplements that help lower Hematocrit? I think I read some where that IP-6 can help with hematocrit and iron levels but have no clue the legitimacy of that. Of course at the end of the day donating blood is the most efficient way.

I don't know if there is anything to lower it. Donating is the most efficient way so I would just stick with that.
