+ 5 Current progress/cycle starting point
Posting this to kinda hold my self accountable and have a documented starting point for this cycle. I started the cycle for about ten days then had to stop and handle some family stuff and travel and get a handle on my glucose issues. So cycle was put on hold for about two weeks and now I started back up a week ago. So I’m gunna count this has one week in to the cycle.
The cycle is 500 test prop a week split ED, 350 Tren a week split ED, 350 mast p a week split ED. Anastrozole 1mg and cabergolin .25mg on hand as needed. Current weight is 189 pounds and my scale says 16.6% bf , it’s brand new so idk how accurate that is. Eating about 3300 calories a day and 230 grams protein(trying to). Still haven’t decided between 8,10,12 weeks, probably going to go by feel and bloodwork at maybe 7 weeks and see what that says. If sleep and appetite and blood work are fine I’ll continue.
FYI pics are with no pump and and weigh in is first thing in AM just to be the most accurate

This cycle must be destined to fail! One problem after another. Since restarting up I gained about 8 pounds in ten days, I was all excited and keeping to my diet, cardio and everything. I guess I was eating too much because now I’ve been constipated for 3 days. I’ve never been so backed up I’m in such pain, and haven’t eaten hardly anything in two days because I don’t want to add more to my stomach. If I’m not better in a few hours I’m gunna have to go the nuclear option and take a suppository, wish me luck fellas!

Tren a ED I think you will end up tapping out before wk 8.
If I felt fine and didn’t NEED to tap out, how long do you think is a healthy run?
If you want to push it longer I would go with long esters and kick with the shorts. With all short esters 8wks should plenty of time for a good run. If still making progress and not gone crazy by then could keep on going but myostatin probably maxed out by then and I would be surprised if making significant gains much after that. Risk vs reward is kicking in now. Just remember that tren is still eating you up on the inside so you really need to be thinking about your lipids, kidneys etc the longer you go.
Ok thanks, and ya ima fair skinned skinny guy naturally so things like my cholesterol and lipids are always fine. In the past I’ve had my liver enzymes or whatver elavated from orals and then kidneys been good but I’m always scared about kidney problems more then anything. My moms a nurse and has told me horror stories about people on dialysis, they get so sick of it they just kinda let them selves die off. Sounds fucking miserable so I’m definitely getting all my shit checked and an ekg just to be safe in a few weeks. Probably around the 6 or 7 week spot

But ya so before I took the two weeks off I was sweating like crazy, my chest was red, couldn’t sleep and then I stopped and now that I started up again I don’t have any of those sides, idk if the break allowed my body to adjust easier or what but I thought I was gunna be tapping out early, now I feel fine so we’ll see how long it lasts

Thanks bro, and ya I always finish my cycles between 190-202 ish so I’m excited to be starting where I am so I’m hoping to finish up near 210 and then be able to stay solid over 200. Every time I’m at 200 it’s a struggle to keep it there
