AI will not help now,, get nolvaded (Tamoxifen), start first week with 10mg before bed , your estro goes out of the hand , after one week rearrange your AI .
I have seen guys use Letrozole with great results after a few months.
It can be but believe me , letrozole is no joke, also should be used under doctor instructions and test every few days, Nolvadex you can Control it.
Letrozole will reverse the problems he already has though.
