The before was after diet and cutting from 212 to 173 to prepare for a body transformation. After was 3 months lean bulk ending at 194.

Impressive to say the list. That was a huge weight cut. Mind sharing your diet?
4 months pushing work outs and eating around 1200 calories a day. Only ate in a 5 hour window each day. Worked out before eating when I woke. Kept the meal small and eggs. And then protein shakes.
Man bet you were starving first few weeks getting used to that….

The end was actually worse. I was hungry in the beginning but at the end everything looked good. If a big hit the window I thought cheat meal. I actually should of went about 2 weeks more but I just couldn't. I was trying to take the fat off with a skinny fat body type. I heard shred first then recomp. That's currently where I'm at.
Very impressive .. I’m hitting around 1800 cals a day n struggling . Cant imagine only 1200.. what did u do if anything besides disciplin3, to stop the cravings?
Mainly discipline. I did try to split the calories up to 3 times a day to eat with in the 6 hour window. I did use some caffeine pills to try and help. And melatonin to help sleep. Because if I wasn't tired ot was hard all I did was twist and turn waiting for my workout in the morning so I could eat after. It was a little easier after a month. But the closer I got to being finished it got hard again. Once I started seeing abs that helped a ton. I used laxogenin to help in mitigating muscle loss. It seemed to be pretty effective.

Test c 250mg/wk and prohormones. For the prohormones I was using precursors to boldenone and 1 dhea. 1ohp and 4ohp and precursor to 19nor Decca for 12 weeks. Currently pct and will have a little off time trying to maximize strength per pound. Then I'll be running a pretty solid bulk starting December for 12 weeks again.

I started bulk at 3800 calories and went up to 4400 by the last month. The last 2 weeks I should of maybe went to 4500 to 4600. I didn't gain weight the last 3 weeks. But my strength was still climbing. I ate really clean and 5 times a day at it.
