Bridging the gap between cycles with Sarms?
ad
I have been reading a lot of people bridging the gap with sarms . I always thought sarms were just a legal form of steroids . That they convert when passing through your liver . Wouldn’t it still be test suppressing ? Just looking for any input on bridging the gap . Coming off of 500 test c a week , 50 of var a day and 50 of winstrol a day split up morning and night 12 weeks test 8 weeks var and winny

If you are intent on staying on 'something' then I would just stay on TRT level test, testosterone is the least damaging thing you can take especially at low levels. Get your liver and kidneys better after blasting all that winstrol and anavar through them, try and compensate by forcing yourself to eat more or get in an extra protein shake per day. I've finally jumped on the Clear Whey protein band wagon and man that stuff is so easy to drink if you get a good flavour - I got Pink Lemonade and can't stop drinking the stuff. Just like having a thirst quenching drink but with 40g of muscle builder in it each time Lol
Yeah it's best to probably just give your body a break and not take anything. And sarms drop your shbg very badly so if you bridge your cycle with a sarm you will be starting your.next cycle with very very low shbg. Yes you would rather you shbg to be kinda low but you don't want it completely crashed. There's a reference range for a reason. People confuse that shbg is just some shitty thing that steals your testosterone, you need some to bring the nutrients around your.body
that is why I stopped taking provi with my TRT.
What’s the opinion on MK677 for bridging ?
Mk677 is not a sarm, it's grouped in with sarms but it's similar to hgh in a sense so it's not really an anabolic to bridge a cycle with. It's not gonna hurt to take me in etween cycles but it's not what your thinking.
Prohormones convert 5% and 15% to target hormone in liver, not sarms. Sarms are already active just like serms are active. My bridge consists of many nutritional supplements.
100% nutrition 100% of the time.
Most sarms are suppressive, but there are a couple that are not, and a couple of them aren’t technically sarms, like Cardarine, so they won’t suppress your HPTA. There isn’t anything that’ll get you to produce test in any significant way that isn’t suppressive.
Overall, my opinion is that everyone’s body can use a break to regulate. Might as well stay on real gear if you may be fucking yourself up anyway.
In between cycles is when the body actually gets a chance to reset. Keep burning the candle from both ends and we all know what happens.
