How much do you used before the test ?
Deus have amp of 1ml how do you take 125mg of Primo ?
I use the same stack actually TE 125mg + 100mg Primo it's nice combo.
Without Primo how are your estradiol in generally ?

Yes the primo from deus is 1ml ampoules
Without the primo my E2 would at least be double that. Before I was taking 250 test without primo and E2 was at 300pmol instead of 160 now.

But how do you save the part ? Because i think the amp have 100mg if it's well dosed, so why 125mg ?
I'm on 125mg TE + 100mg primo and now i feel the effect on the water retention caused by the test.
Be careful on your storage if your save the other part for exemple in seryngue
I normally save the rest in a syringe, so it’s a week in a syringe at the most which is not a problem at all
Wouldn’t store it months or years in a syringe but a week is totally fine !
If you’re only taking 125mg test with 100mg primo your E2 shouldn’t be causing the water retention. I always stick to a 2:1 ratio test:primo because a 1:1 would crush my E2 below range.
Definitely get blood work to see what’s going on !
I recommand to buy a steril vial of 10ml for exemple and push 10 vials inside, it's more safe.
If you use seryngue in poly to save the other part, it's not the best way maybe glass syringe are more appropriate, but for bacteria it's surely more safe to use the first things.
Yes your right, i don't have the water retention made from test e with 100mg primo, i plan some blood work soon to check my estradiol i think i need to trop a little bit the primo or up a little bit the test e from 125 to 150 for exemple.

Not sure if I am reading this right but it looks like primo doesn't have much of an effect on your estro. Test looks like it is elevated nicely.
E2 is right at the top end of range which is huge improvement for me with test this high. Without primo it would at least be double that.
