I’ve tried. It doesn’t work. When I try and create a new account and use the same email I get a message saying I have an account with that email. How about I create a new account with a new email. Would we be able to transfer my original account information on to that? Or at least begin communicating through that account regarding in regards to the order I placed on the old one. Please advise.
