recommended dosage of clenbuterol?

Hi,
I am an obese male of 40% BF, and I have subclinical hypothyroidism and low T. I am taking levo already but halting on T because it didnt help me a bit with 100mg/week dosage. I think it may have had to do with aromatization.

I do cardio three times a week , 4 days weight training, and has steadily kept my calorie deficit to 500-600 daily overall. It's really frustrating because I m not losing weight as fast as I used to in the past. Last year i was BF 47% so obviously I am on the right track, but I am considering to use clenbuterol. I am sure this question has been asked, but I am new here and it's hard to search for specific questions.

1) Am I TOO fat for clenbuterol?

2) How should I start taking it? Is it a constant intake, or is it "cycling?"

3) any supplements to take more or avoid while on clenbuterol?

4) Longest period to be on clenbuterol without chronic damages?

Q - Height and weight first of all?

1 - Yes
2 - Don't until you get your BF down
3 - Not there yet - but depends on how it affects you and what dose you are running
4 - 8 to 16 weeks max in a year.....no more (I prefer to spilt and do 2* 6 weeks and maybe 1* 4 week) I know some guys who run 3 to 4 times a year but not sure how their insides are doing unless they get some kind of scan....

My personal opinion if you are less than 6ft with 40percent body fat (220 plus pounds) not worth it, you will lose a little weight but you are running the risk of a heart attack because you will need to run a high dose.
Clen works if your BF is low and want to polish up, similar to winny, in fact both together works wonders Smile
I would fast and go on a smoothie diet, and just basically walk, walk & walk.......

Why use clen ? Damage heart and other sides effects ? Eat clean and adjust a good diet for lose fat properly

Zero is the amount you should be taking, sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen here. I wouldn't expect much weight loss with a 500 cal deficit, maybe a pound a week. Bump that deficit up to 1000 cals to start.

1) you need to loose weight with diet and training / cardio first
2)you should take it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or some people do 5 days on 2 days off
Keep in mind 2 weeks it's a long time for your hearth
3) drink more water, take potassium as supplement if you have cramps
4) 2 weeks after the body accotumate to it, the damages are for your hearth essentially and liver so the leaner and healthier you are the better is

There's a weight loss trick that I just learned about the other day from the homie here on eroids. First you fast for 12-24 hours and drink something very salty like 2 cups of broth. Then take 20mcg of clen wait 4 hours then break off a piece of Irish spring soap the size of a marble. It MUST be Irish spring and no other brand. Then shove that marble up your ass knuckle deep. About 30 minutes later, you will shit about 7% body fat out of your ass. Repeat this no more than once a month along with diet and exercise and 1 year later you will be transformed!

Is your levo dose dialed in properly? If you have lab work post it up, all of it... testosterone, thyroid, e2.

Definitely need to make sure levo dosage is dialed in, if not, just pissing in the wind even with modifying diet.

I know this isn’t the answer you’d like, but zero is the amount I’d recommend. I understand you’d like to move towards your goals faster, but clen is so toxic and carries a high level of risk. And yeah, 40% is really quite high for clen use.
