I've always struggled with big belly, never actualy find out what could be the cause. I've always had visible ABS, yet my belly feels like its bloated or inflated with air most of the time. I thought it might be too much fiber, to much HGH, actual gas from digesting but never approved any of these... I ended up thinking its just too much food I consume, resulting in increased size of a digestive organs... If your stomach excersise routine helps, let me know and I'm jumping in immediately :))

You’re not alone, I like food more than I should. It’s by no means huge, and upper abs are good, but with age it just comes. We’d have to be very strict to get that down, and I’ll be stepping in front of a buffet before I step on a stage anytime soon. Just be thankful we’re in shape and made it to our ages, many people even healthy don’t.
Thank you. I take a daily colon cleanze type pill thinking its bloat but dont help. I still take it anyway but after 45 seems like nothing helps. My worse exercise are crunches so ill keep the belly. Im not in competition so ill be good lol
If your belly feels tight, it's probably visceral fat. It takes diet and cardio to get rid of it. And that's why I have a bunch of it. Lol

Thank you. 215.8lbs. probably high bodyfat percentage but between my 5yr old and working in a short staffed nursing home i try my best for 47yrs old.
I think all nursing homes are short staffed. It's sad. 2 maybe 3 CNA's for a whole wing. My woman does home care and hospice for a local hospital. Each client gets a full hour of care. It's the best job she's ever had.
