Adjusting/Add on’s to TRT for mass gaining

Basically I have been on TRT for 14 months now, had good results bringing my T levels up to high end of reference range. All other biomarkers are within normal range also, RBC count was top end on last blood-work so I gave a blood donation 2 weeks ago. Hopefully doing this every 3 months will keep that in check.
Im 34 years old, 6ft 1 and 170lbs with around 12-13% bodyfat. I recently dieted down from 195lbs to 165lbs in 14 weeks using diet and cardio (Muay Thai), maintaining most my muscle by consuming ample protein and staying lifting weights as heavy as possible. Currently on a diet break holding 170lbs steadily eating at maintenance.
My TRT protocol is 100mg Test-Cyp, split into two injections weekly.
Once summer is over I would like to add some solid mass, maybe 10lbs if thats not too ambitious. But I am very health conscious and being a competitive fighter I do not wish to destroy my health or cardiovascular endurance.
Would just like some suggestions as to adding some compounds in, maybe primobolan or masteron at a low dose, I would also consider nandrolone. I could double my test dose at most and add a compound but wouldn’t want to go too overkill with anything. So 200MG a week Test-Cyp then another injectable at a low-ish dose. Maybe an oral like Turinabol as I took a 6 week course of 40mg recently and enjoyed the pumps/strength/vascularity increase. I was thinking maybe anavar?
Any help would be much appreciated ----

You are way light, just some manipulation in your diet could easily bring you up another 15+ pounds lean mass.
Adding in low doses of anything isn't going to do jack. You either go all in or don't, but I really see no need here since you could easily accomplish that with your trt and little diet adjustment.

Im currently eating 2400 cals a day, macros at 170P 66F 280C, this is maintenance for me as I weight roughly the same every morning. What would you recommend I increase cals to so I can see some gains without putting on mass amounts of fat? I know I cant totally negate fat gain when increasing cals but after being over 200lbs in the past and not very healthy or ripped I want to put on as little as possible so its not a massive task to lean out when the bulk is over

I’d estimate around 12-14% I cant be too sure but I'm pretty lean, say 13% for arguments sake

If you fight competitive then don’t use anything besides TRT. Unless it’s an open league and they don’t care.
You could just triple your test. Adding a good amount of Deca or NPP will add mass and make your joints feel better. EQ can add size and endurance but takes forever and stays in your system forever.

There are no drug tests at the shows I compete in, but I would not want to fight while using anything other than TRT as I feel that would cheapen a victory if that makes sense lol! As i’d be enhanced if I was fighting while basically on cycle!
Was looking at NPP, whats the minimum dose I could take to feel the joint benefits and some strength/size in your opinion? Same question for Equipoise?
I want to try to take minimum effective doses where possible as I dont want to have to run AI’s really, also want as little sides as possible!

Everybody’s body is different.
NPP 100 I’d do at least .5ml 3x a week M/W/F for therapeutic purposes.
EQ 300 I’d do at least .5ml 2x a week M/T. EQ is slow but gets great results.
Unless your body hyper responds to aas, you’re probably not going to get much “gains” at lower doses. You’ll feel better, but there’s a pretty slim chance you’ll gain 20lbs of muscle just running 200mg of test a week with 150mg of NPP.
At 34yrs old and on TRT, you’re going to be pinning yourself every week for the next 40+yrs.
That’s my opinion.
