That's some high E. Are you not taking an AI? Or do you not have any side effects from the high E? Your prolactin has to be high on Deca also I would assume. Soon you'll be selling breast milk. .
Honestly I don't feel like I've been experiencing E2 sides. I feel great, no gyno, no ED. I was concerned about being that high though and I'm currently taking advice on the matter, so thank you for asking. I have Aromasin that I've taken in the past but not often. I haven't dosed any in at least a month since I wasn't feeling the need and I was anticipating blood work soon. Would you recommend bringing it down? What would you say is a more appropriate number on cycle?
I would try to bring it down to at least the high normal range. High estro and running 19nor is a dangerous game. High estro usually also means high prolactin and it is only a matter of time before it bites you in the ass. Better to be proactive instead of reactive.
Thank you for that! I'm only on cycle for a couple more weeks until I drop down to 150mg. Does it sound effective to take a low dose of AI until I finish the cycle then stop until I get my cruise bloods done to reassess?
I would do 12.5mg of asin EOD until end of cycle
I was thinking around that high you would have some sides. Mine is around 34 but any higher and I get the itchy tits, sensative nipples sides. Everyone's body is different. If your not having sides, you might be alright. I've been running primo and found a sweet spot for my E with my mix. I always have Anastrozole to drop mine lower. But I personally try to treat sides, not the number. So if your feeling good, run with it, in my opinion.
