Lots of folks stacking everything...

ad

Over the years seems like people, especially young guns just want to stack everything like its halloween night so I figured Id share my latest cycle and explain.
Maybe, probably you dont like to get bloodwork done and say fuck it.. but stacking 500mg of test - 800mg EQ - 500mg Tren, 40mg Dol ect.
Its gunna cook your blood and make you fat. Get blood work done and read about the ranges and health effects...

Try running one compound at a time and see how much you can harvest with discipline. All steroid cycles should have 1000mg of discipline enanthate once a week as your base hormone from which it will metabolize and reduce into stronger more potent hormones.

41 years old 6' tall 194 pounds 1900 calories a day low carb to keto. 50mg of NPP twice a week. Workouts are split 60/40 cardio and weight training.
I do this because the older you get, the harder it is to burn fat. I still have residual muscle gains from previous cycles and have enough muscle tissue.
Still here to learn and get better.

Even with NPP 50mg twice a week my hematocrit is at 53.5% and hemoglobin at 18% RDW-SD 44.30fL.

I can't understand high dosages being used by youngsters or newbies. Everyone seems to think more gear is better and getting results faster is better than a more slowly sustained gain of muscles. That's what it's come to now. Just the way it is unfortunately

I agree, especially with noops. Like most agree run Test only cycles several times before hopping on other AAS. Try a compound at a time when introducing new compounds. Not everyone reacts the same. Some people can run 500mg test a week and not need an AI. Others will get gyno. BF% plays a big part as well. The more BF the more likely to have negative sides and less effective compounds will be. The lower, the better results. Also getting enough food intake. Especially protein. Minimum and bare fucking minimum 1.5g of protein per poundof body weight f you want to grow. AAS won't make you grow without proper diet. Diet, sleep, training all need to be on point.

But damn bro 1900 cals? Fuck too low IMO. I would feel like shit lol. Especially on keto...the problem is when too low of cals on keto you will plateau on the weight loss. Your body goes starvation mode. So it'll cling to that body fat making it harder to shed. Sure starvation you'll lose after a while but if you do it right you wont need to starve yourself. Up the cals a bit. A lot of weight loss has to do with diet. I lost around 15-17lbs of fat the first time trying keto. But i cannot sustain it as I feel miserable lol. I love protein too much plus the keto breath sucks.

I am sure there's something I can do way better. There always is! I read makwas weightloss plan a while back... starting at a higher calorie and tapering down...slowly but ill get off track.

Honestly it's backwards for me. I feel like crap if I hit 2800 calories in a day especially if there lots of carbs. I'll get sleepy and lazy I guess feeling crappy. It hurts at first when dropping calories but afterwards I get a ton of energy and just feel right and clear. Hard to explain.
I agree with you that you can harvest a lot from one compound at a time. When you stack its hard to tell what's doing what. Confusion...

It's all goal dependent. You can't really grow muscle on a keto diet. Maybe sustain what you have but for me it isn't enough lol. I also don't do tons of carbs. I plan accordingly, if I eat a bunch of bread and pasta I'll feel slow and sluggish. But I offset with adding a bunch of protein so it isn't as bad. I feel so much better with protein lol. I understand that energy feeling, I tried keto several times to drop some fat fast. I just can't go very long. I really don't do a lot of cardio either. I can lose just by simple diet changes. Kudos to you though .

Last time they checked tsh was last year and it was in range... I can post it somewhere here.. That would be cool if we could attach pdf docs to comment threads or profiles. Maybe the mods can do that sometime. What about the hematocrit at 54 from 100mg of npp a week? That pissed me off.

I have a hard time getting this fat off...
Fasting is the only real method that works for me. 24-48 hour a few times a month.

Did the number 1900 make your stomach growl ?lol. Yeah I am pretty much keto but twice a week I'll cycle 80-100 grams of carbs. I'll cheat tho during month end. Ever heard of Elliott Hulse? Dude is big... not sure if he is natty(says he is). But he will do a 10 day fast and still look like a lil monster. Tons of before and after pics online.

Body builders and the like seem to think that “fasting” is a dirty word. Like in conjures up ideas of devastating catabolism and muscle wasting, but it is a great tool for fat loss and longevity, 2 things we all care about in some sense (or probably should, at least). Approaching fasting with the same concept of cycling, just like we do every other aspect of our routines; gear use, bulk/cut, supplement cycling, carb cycling, etc makes a lot of sense. Also, each body is wholly unique and there are countless people out there in incredible shape that employ fasting regularly. The body is incredibly intelligent and capable of more than we can fathom. When we listen closely, it can guide us to our true potential.

Ya i feel like id be losing 10 pounds of muscle every hour I was fasting lol I know its probably not true but I'm afraid to try it. I had to be fasted the other day for bloodwork, I woke up at 7 and did bloods at like 930 so I was only awake for like two and half hours of the fast and it was brutal, I thought I was gunna be a shriveled up string bean by the time I could eat again but the nurse called me "a big strong man" so that helped lol. I know there's benefits to fasting and I probably won't lose much or any muscle but for some reason I just can't get over it.

There is definitely a psychological component to fasting and strength sports. It feels like we can see ourselves get smaller when we aren’t doing the things that support muscle growth

Ya for sure. I have a hard time taking days off from the gym. I only take about 2 days off a month. every time I take days off I stress like I'm shrinking and then ill actually be stronger when I go back to the gym or heavier, or even just get in a great workout because I'm well rested. so, I know the rest days are helping me but its just hard psychologically to do nothing for a day.

If your goal is to keep as much size as possible, .. makes sense to never fast. If not tho, there is health benefits. I heard of people healing injuries and beating cancer. Autophagy....

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya ive heard of it doing some amazing things. also heard its one of the only ways to lose visceral fat that you just cant lose when your dieting
