About diet / training :

I think working like this (but i wait the confirmation)

I try to incluted cardio before starting for D1 3 4 and 5 with 20 mins bike and when i have the possibility running outside, but actually it's bike.

About diet :

Morning 5-6AM 50-80g oats + 40g whey (or 4 white eggs) + 3g fish oil + 1 banana & 2 kiwi (if i need 200mg magnesium) 30g oleaginous

Morning 10AM 40g whey + 1 banana (for glucide + potassium)

Midday 01PM 200g white turkey + 100g rice + mix of legums around 400g (green beans broccoli zucchini yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes) olive oil 10-20g

Afternoon 4PM 60g syrup glucose + 14g BCAA's (7g leucine, isoleucine 3.5g, valine 3.5g) + 5g CreaPure+ 10g electrolyte+ 800ml water + 40ml lemone juice

Evening 7PM : Fish 100g ( mackerel or sardinia or cod) + mix of legums + olive oil.

Evening 10-11PM Milk protein (80% casein 20% whey) 50g + milk 1/2 600ml + 1 egg yolk organic rich Omega + 30mg Zinc + 200mg magnesium.

More info about supplement used :

  • Milk Thistle 80% silymarin 20% silybin 300mg 3x / day.
  • N-Acetyl-Cystein 750mg twice day.
  • Fish oil 1g have 400mg EPA 300mg DHA EPAX with low Totox level.
  • Milk protein (casein & whey) and Whey are made from milk, no additive, no flavor etc ...
  • Vitamines D3 300 ui's/ drop , i use 10 drops daily in egg yolk or olive oil.
  • BCAA'S from corn fermentation (and no hair, nails, goose feathers or pig hair).
  • Zinc bisglycinate.

Ouch .... Aspirin 166mg Saturday 29/04 Injection Monday 01/05 Left Deltoid result = bad reaction, probably internal bleeding, so i'm going to put ice for 20 minutes morning and evening.

Another bad news: My blood is admissible, but as i was transfused as a teenager, the rules prohibit access as a "donor" :-( So the only and single option are bleeding for high hematocrit level.
I check in around 3 weeks the level, if he's always elevated, i contact the specialist and see what protocol he will give me.

Well to be honest i used around 3 labs before EP (i need to check my book to say the number exact) and my results / feeling are like i tacking nothing or very underdosed product :'(

I used for TRT, i compare everytime test Enanthate with my TRT script, and the feeling result have a big difference.

So quality gear have a big impact (i think) and of course in general the "hygiene of life".

When we have both, it's surely the key of the success (when your feel great your more motivated, have more energy phisical and mental etc ...)

I think my liver feel better, nausea disappears day after day, my fingers hands & feet have lost a lot of water retention also my face which is less puffy with the jaw more defined, the veins are much more apparent.

  • The pump during training up a lot, it's weird to have again the feeling of the muscle burning.
  • I'm more focus, the activity cognitive have a great improvement ...
  • Like i said, i wait the next cardio training to see about the brain / activity cognitive / memory ....
  • Libido and well-being are a lot better too, i dont sleep more but the quality of sleeping has improved
    (i check soon the stat of my watch if i have a better % of "deep sleep")

IGF-1 LR3 every day for week 1 to week 4
W1 50mcg after workout
W2 : 50mcg
W3 : 75mcg
W4 : 100mcg

rHGH everyday

W4 4 ui's

Some people think a good rHGH stimulate very well the IGF-1.
But when we see the effect of IGF-1 LR3 i think it's a great combo.

In the past i used 4 ui's from pharma grade and the IGF-1 have up from 74 to more 400 in a few weeks but the thyroid level has decreased tremendously.

IGF-1 LR3 give to me lot energy, more vascularity, more focus, more pump, but i have a hard hypoglycemia with it.

I think going with this cycle, next month i give a order to get the rHGH from the same lab to made a full log with EP lab.

Any advice ? I have my IGF-1 LR3 and i'm ready to start this, i need maybe to check the blood level on IGF-1 (before and after injection)

Today i feel better, the pain in the liver has decreased significantly, and the heartbeats became more stable.
The anxiety / stress also improves it's like " zen attitude ", the activity cognitive is also improving (I feel it while reading a book) but we will see at the next cardio boxing session if I would feel an improvement for coordination and something else.
I also feel an improvement from the last night's sleep.

Today it's OFF day (i follow the instruction by the physiotherapist) because cardio boxe work the full body.
I have some difficult to digest the last meal, i feel that this morning, and i dont have lot appetit (surely because my liver have high transaminases)

I'm tired, little bit anxious, but the anxiety shut down a little bit, surely an effect of the resumption of activity as well as the testosterone level which must go up witht the injection of Sustanon.

My veins are very congested, which was not really the case before the injection.

Last night i slept better and my heart has a more stable rhythm.

(sorry i dont know in english the name of some training, i try my best to find and sorry if your don't understand)

End of training 03:10PM i have 10 mins rest time, so 90mins of training.

I have lot difficult with my activity cognitive, for some exercice i need to going very slowly.
Normally with TRT this symptom will be treated properly, i should feel an improvement within 4 weeks knowing that sustanon contains short and long esters.

During the warm-up i felt that my cardiovascular system needed to resume, it's a bit like when we start our first session.
The coach called me back, don't worry....with muscle memory you'll quickly get back in shape ....

When I give my body weight, I am often answered "oh well you are 96kg it does not show much it looks like you are much less ...."
I think high oestrogen level made lot water weight, up a lot the hypertrophy ... if my theory are good, normally with Anastrozole i lose a big part of this weight.

There is a demoralizing side to it, but having grown up in a hospital environment i know that life can be very tough and that it is important to stay positive.

Actually i use Milk Thistle stacked with N-Acetyl-Cystein, if in may i feel always bad i give a order with this peptides, and surely rHGH to run with my IGF-1 LR3 (^_^)

ps : Note very important, this log is not only about phisycal / perform , my goal are to reget my mind, activity cognitive.
I used Bayer Enanthate as TRT, with strict poso.
Hypogonadism have a big impact on the brain, with this cycle i hope to find these values again.

Brother, I would love to see some pics. If you are sitting at 10-11% BF that is totally awesome. I would also suggest that if you are at that bodyfat, you should consider throwing in some Winstrol. This is the point that winny will really shines and you can reap the benefits.

Hello,
I know how to really describe my condition and I understand that you are skeptical.

Important note: during rehabilitation sessions, I only had one meal a day, I think that played a big role.

If my theory are correct i should lose weight in the coming days (Arimidex) because I have a relatively low fat level (if you look at my condition for the past few months) but a very high estrogen level (thank god prolactin is OK).

I will still try to take pictures (but I assure you that I hate it lol)

I think i am the proof that diet is really important if your practice physical activity ... Or not ... :-)

PS : Stano give to me lot energy mind and body, im very focus, but cardio are impossible with it my vascularity are high +++ with it, cycling or running are impossible, the pump hurt like hell on the legs, it's one of this reason if i don't use again Stano (a friend offered to me 2x 100 cmps i never used this again)

To be honest i dont like tacking/ posted picture about me ...
But ... I try my best to take some soon.
About body fat i see my veins on arms, legs no, but i have a minimum of def and actually no bloated, i'm not really massive guy, my genetic are like this, if i drop some calories i lose all the weight gain.

But i have high estradiol, when i'm on t shirt i see a little gyno, so i use Anastrozole always from EP at 0.25mg and i see how i react every day (for exemple with nolvadex at 10mg / day for 2 weeks my estradiol level shut down very well)

Actually i use the order and i dont have acces at more stuff.

Stanozolol i used in the past a little cycle of 4 weeks at 30mg daily and i look like drained like hell, like i said I'm not big guy, morpho type ecto, i look like very very slim with stano and my joint / tendons hurt me like hell :-(

If i plan a product oral next time it's with Oxandrolone.

I try my best to take some picture of some part of my body, but i dont promise lol.
