Everyone probably sick of me talking about "Iron" Mike Tyson, hell I would be. However I just watched a documentary on him in the Peacock channel called Tyson and it basically summed up the guys whole like. Best documentary ever on him. Just happy the guy cleaned his life up. He says he's not the old Tyson anymore but he can't fool us, he's still that vicious animal that's just waiting to devour his prey. Just a sick dude that can't help himself. At the end of the day he's just a WHAT IF...just like Bo Jackson. So much potential to be the best ever but didn't reach that full potential unfortunately. So much power, quick foot movements, spectacular defense etc.We'll never see a guy like that again trust me. But hey yall check out his documentary on the Peacock channel. You'll thank me later.

Most people don’t realize what those hits can do. Can be fatal or worse. Look at Gerald McClellan, Nigel does didn’t mean to do that, but it happens. And for every extreme case like that, there’s literally t hounds of concussions, slipped cervical vertebrae, clots… it’s very serious business when these guys step into the ring. Anything can happen, but it’s definitely why I always say there’s certain people I wouldn’t fight.
Part of the reason why I stopped competing. As much as I love to fight because the rush is like nothing else lol. I do get brain fog here and there. I managed to never get KOd and avoid a lot of head shots. I had more head injuries fucking around as a kid than from fighting believe it or not lol
I could always take a good one to the head, genetics I guess lol. But the ribs? Forget it. I think what’s worse is when they don’t crack but the tendon that holds them together gets torn. Good god I have some stories about that, mostly out of the ring. Unable to breathe all the way in, sneeze, or laugh for about 6 weeks. Agony lol

When I broke my ribs fuck that was awful. I was a teen at the time. Just trying to keep doing teen shit. I didn't want to move lol. One of the most uncomfortable feelings. I'd rather get hit in the head than the liver or kidneys. I can take a head shot. The last time I took a liver shot, fuuck that's some pain
A broken rib is terrible. Any sort of rib damage makes moving very painful. Getting hit in the hip is actually also very painful. Ray Leonard was a notorious hip puncher. Those shots will cripple you.

I personally like Mike, even at his age now he still has that speed. Watching his training with the Roy Jones Jr. fight he was really training. I personally think he took it easy on him.
