It’s been 2 weeks from my order. Send email last week and still nothing. I hope this man will be back soon
I got one email the other day asking for further info on my order. I provided the information but have never heard back. I’m not at 2 weeks yet, but it’s taking much longer than other’s have said for their t/a time and I can’t get a response on tracking info either. Hopefully everything is ok and packs will be arriving soon.
Same for me, the post office probably goofed and Quad has to sort their mess out before giving out tracking numbers. He always comes thru.

I just received an email with tracking information for my order, so it looks like everything is ok for my order. Not really upset, the t/a time isn’t a big deal for me, I’m just stocking up for my winter bulk. But when you see everyone else posting 3-5 days t/a and you haven’t gotten your pack on an order a couple weeks old it can be a little concerning. I’ll be sure to post a review when the pack lands. Hopefully your situation is taken care of soon as well.
