Some photos I am 53kg very under malnourished, Current is 76KG, had some.personal health issues I don't wish to discuss or get picked on for (:

Always struggled with body confidence but I wanted to share and get some constructive criticism

EDIT: Shoulders were a weak point so I focused on those but now need to bring chest up!

Pros; you’re vascular and have a solid set of arms. Shoulders transition nicely with the medial deltoid!! Shoulders are not a weak point.

Cons; chest. Do some hypertrophy training for chest and traps. Check Makwas forums for some tips on that. It also shows your diet is VERY lacking. If you hold stomach fat like that with essentially less than a pound of fat in your arms. Something is estrange.

I've been implemting landmine Chest press's and some landmine fly's any ideas I to help target chest better ? Have been messing with push ups with a vest, need to get a cable machine lol

My opinion only. I had a problem activating chest also
Im also delt dominant. So i started to do some chest AFTER a heavy shoulder / delt workout. So when my delts where fried i can do chest with mind muscle since the delts cant take over as much.

I am currently running a PPL split going pull push legs, and switching between back and front sqauts alongside haevy deads and more hypertrophy work that other day, I shall try some chest iso stuff immediately after blasting shoulders next workout and see how I get on (:

Thanks for the constructive feedback mate! Should have elaborated I've been focusing shoulders more as they were a weaker point but yes now my chest has suffered so will be changing up my routine.

Diet wise I am averaging at 3800cals a week and am getting 200P 500C and fats are 133, any tips on where I could improve diet wise?

Would say I go over fats by 50g or so 3 times a week so could dial that back, Many thanks for you reply dude! I shall take anything and everything into account all this I do with a rack and barbell only quite limited in equipment right now

With 3800 cals a week you’re bulking. 500 carbs a day is very heavy, which shows why you’re holding water in the stomach area. I hold water in my back and also my hands with high carb, so keep that in mind.

If you put the effort you put into your shoulders, into your chest. You’ll break out in no time. I find for bulking chest, incline or decline helps more than flat press.

That's the goal mate! I was on 4k cals but I've since become less active so have dropped a few hundred, Thanks mate I shall keep that in mind in not too fussed about being lean aim is to bulk up (:

The kind words have given a mental boost mate thanks, I have been implementing more incline press for 4 sets and limiting shoulders to military press and a couple of accesorys.

Will see how I get on in 4 weeks and ehatbi retain when off (: first proper cycle really
