Been plagued by injuries last few years seems like when I hit 40 my body decided to take exception to everything, but the key is to never give up and adapt and always try your hardest ....

AnonI'm 40ish too. I've had some injuries. Some fully recovered. Some feel fine but the wrong thing can cause them to become sore for a bit. I learned along the way to train some things differently. Hand placement is huge. There's more than one way to train muscle groups. For example: there's several ways to build upper chest, and not all of them might agree with your shoulders, so you research all the different upper chest excersizes on youtube and do the ones that don't hurt. I understand about adapting. Solid message bro.
