Gains are made in the kitchen

i agree with this.

alright thanks. i was just curious about that. so i am not taking test. i take clomid and anastrozole and this has naturally increased my TEST to 1100. I should probably stick with that huh? Injecting TEST at this point doesn't make sense I don't think.

I'm curious what your protocol is for those?

wanted's picture

Your natural levels are 1,100 thats great if thats your real age

haptiK's picture

yea, i am 44 and with the help of clomid and anastrozole i am maintaining 1100 T. the gains are coming, i just don't know much about TEST and thought maybe I could get bigger gains faster. but it's clear i should stay on course with my clomid and just focus on my lifting program, my diet, and my sleep.

wanted's picture

Hell yeah. Focus on diet. Your very lucky to be honest. Diet will change everything then training
Goodluck

Thank you, mate. Smile Will post updates to my progress, but I'm a bit late to the game. I train 5-6 days a week right now.
