+ 18 my evolution from obese to muscular in 2012 after accident

ad

hi guys i have been doing bodybuilding for over 30 years now and i would like to show you my progress after an accident in 2012 i was hospitalized for 9 months due to a spinal trauma. the first pic after 9 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation I was over 308 lbs. After 6 months I ended up at 238 lbs. The products I have used to lose weight and gain muscle:
20 mg per day of Sibutramine to suppress appetite.
Boldenone 900 mg per week (alpha pharma) and Testosterone enanthate (alpha pharma) 500 mg per week over 12 weeks. Winstrol tablet (alpha pharma) 30 mg per day over 6 weeks.
followed by 6 weeks at 400mg of trenbolone enanthate (international-pharmaceuticals) and 500mg of testosterone enanthate.
After 16 weeks of treatment, and many blood tests to see if everything is fine, with the help of my doctor, pct with clomid, hcg, nolvadex (French pharmacy)
.Level of training, it was very hard at the beginning because I could hardly walk and little by little, since I was not working, I went to the gym twice a day, in the morning, bodybuilding and cardio in the evening.
I went from over 308 lbs obese to 238 lbs on the last photos.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Some motivation right here. I fell off the fitness myself due to some dumb shit, small injuries and depression. Was 235 strong before. Then got skinny fat cuz I lost gains and put on a gut at about 195, so you could imagine the muscle waste that happened. Im back up to 210 and trimmed the gut a little but I want the muscle mass and to lose the body fat. You look awesome man.

Thank you for your comment. I see that you also had health problems and it is very difficult when you had a good level to find yourself with a physique that is no longer at the top. motivation and persistence as well as good steroids help to go up the hill.
