+ 20 From 73kg to 57.2kg
Did some update pictures last night and I thought I'd do a side by side comparison in the same shorts and a slightly different top (the old one doesn't fit me at all)
I started in late February but didn't really get going until march/April when I took on a coach
My training split was
Monday- quads
Tuesday-pull
Wednesday-off
Thursday-hams
Friday-push
Saturday-glutes
Sunday-off
Starting with calories just under maintenance, then dropped by 100 every time weight loss stalled. Then switched to intermittent fasting when calories got too low.
Used anavar at 5-10mg, a short burst of HGH at 2iu on training days. Used some low dose T3 towards the end. Tried clean but hated it so dropped that out!
The aim is to start a bulk in October for 3 months to gain some muscle back as my bum is severely lacking right now!

Dylan54000bravo, you are a strong and determined woman! I admire you ;)
Awesome progress!! Keep up the hard work it's definitely showing!
Outstanding you keep at it
WATERWOLF141Respect top work!
Great job no doubt, get rid of the t3 and clen. The safety risks with those two are too high. Plus you can achieve your goals without them. Make it a lifetime and enjoy the everyday journey/challenge.
Good luck and strive for your best!
How long did this transformation take?
Now that's awesome!!
