I use to train with PPL method, so 3 days ON and 1 day OFF.
My goal is to add approximately 8kg.

Bulk or cut....not both.
Until now I always put testosterone egual to other AAS or higher but to use less test allow me to reduce water retention. Then Trestolone is very androgen and I dont want to add androgen with test.
At the beginning I didn’t want to use deca and only NPP but to reduce the number of injection I will use both.
I didn’t use deca for 10 year cause I didn’t like the puffy looks.. I hope with less test it’ll be better.
And yes at the end I’ll do trt with 175mg testE per week
RustyhookerAhhh....easier to adjust with a short ester. I run npp ed or eod so theres gonna be a lot of injections. But easy to drop a short ester if needed
Ever take a look at deca with masteron?
I’m agree with you, always easier with short ester to adjust.
But here the protocol base will be testoE and Deca. I add NPP instead of more Deca to limit water retention.
Masteron could be interesting.. I only used masteron once I get shredded.

The aromatization with trestolone can be a real bitch. Going to need to keep a close eye on your estro, especially if concerned about water retention. Make sure you have some caber on hand because that high aromatization rate of Trest coupled with a 19-nor could get messy with progesterone side effects.
You are right ! That the only thing Im scared about… I have arimidex and aromasin with me, even if 1mg arimidex EOD it’s not enough then I’ll stop Trestolone… first time with this molecule.
Did you have experiences with trest ? Wich dosage do you advise me ?
I have not personally used it but 2 of my buddies have. They run it with zero test because of the high aromatization rate. Additional test just makes it worse. We usually say run test with every cycle, just to keep you functioning feeling like a man, but this is not necessary with trest. It was originally designed as a replacement and alternative for testosterone. You are taking a fairly conservative dose which is good. I would start there and see how it goes. They have never gone above 50mg ED. It is an incredible mass gainer and you should notice the results pretty quick. You really need to be diligent with your estro management though because it can get out of hand quickly. I myself would probably use letro as my AI with this compound.

Concerning my AI I’ll use 1mg E2D first and then E0D if needed. Until now I used only arimidex but I’ve aromasin aswell, do you think aromasin is stronger ? Or both are pretty similar ? Thanks again for your advises man appreciate
8 wks is plenty long with ment. It is fast acting. May not even need 8wks.
I can't really say if Aromasin is stronger than Arimidex for you Depends on the individual. For me arimidex seems stronger but I have no issues using either. I do like using aromasin though since it is a suicidal inhibitor and I don't have to worry about estro rebound.
