You’ll get there bud, you’ve got the right attitude.
I appreciate that but I’m a giant pussy, I’ve literally never let it go in front of anyone my entire life lol and I never would if this wasn’t pretty much anonymous so I wouldn’t call it brave. But now for the first time I can address the problem instead of just wondering about it/pretending it doesn’t exist
No the ones that are pussys are the guys that woulnt post pictures and then make fun of folks that do.
There’s several high karma guys on here that do that.
Keep going at it bud, it’ll come..
Diet and cardio are going to be a whole lot cheaper and much quicker than trying to use HGH. Nothing wrong with using HGH but don't expect miracles from it. Look into my forums. I have a lot of good info on diets tips and dropping fat. Stay with it and you will get there.
Not to be rude, but it appears you have a fair amount of visceral fat( behind the ab walls) in with your organs. Basically the hard belly look, I doubt calipers would be useful. Visceral fat takes months of diet and cardio, Once you get rid of it your health will be greatly benefited.
No offense taken brother, that was basically what i was wondering about. So that does make sense, that calipers would be basically grabbing just skin in all areas, giving the illusion of a low BF% just because the fat isn't the flabby kind of fat? I'm just trying to solve this mystery.
Just google subcutaneous fat vs visceral fat. Visceral fat can cause alot of problems as you get older, ie nafld. The fat actually starts getting stored in and around organs and other places it shouldn't. Trust me, hard work and will power can change your course. Good luck
Visceral fat was behind two of my hernias, doctor explained that the abdomen is meant to be flat, not bent and all the visceral fat just literally pushes its way out through a bent structure that would not have been breeched if it was flat. An inguinal hernia that was going to be operated on, I can no longer even notice now that I have dropped 40-lbs.
I say something like 33 % . You need cardio and diet. You holding a lot of water too.No need of Hgh at all.
Would creatine be the source of holding most of that water? I know it's impossible to know for sure without knowing my entire diet and stuff, but just by knowing I take about 5-10 grams of creatine a day would you be able to speculate?
And separate question, isn't HGH just good for a person to take in general (within reason and not overdoing it obviously)? Weight loss is only one reason I'm interested in it. Recovery, growth, energy, strength, these are all things I'm just as concerned about that i've read HGH helps with. I'm not exactly a spring chicken anymore and I'm starting to feel it.
Last thing, in hearing of my goals, what would you take? My heart isn't set on HGH necessarily, I've read a lot about certain anabolics helping people reach the same goals, HGH just seems like the safest and least side effect heavy so that intrigued me, considering I'm not looking for any super drastic change from it. Thank you
i wouldnt do any hormones or steroids in your case. You need to go do bloods first. You can hold a lot of water from high estrogen and low test looks like you did couple only orals cycles what killed your form and have a lot of visceral fat.Hgh aint help you shit.Cardio 6 days per week and would do protein diet with small portions, you dont need to feed that body that much,Chicken soup diet would be the best for you.And after that instead of GH would be good cycle test prop only with Arimidex if its needed.
Thanks for the response. I’ve never taken any gear before, do you think some of that water retention could be from creatine? I got blood work done about 6 months ago and my test levels were normal, they didn’t mention estrogen at all I’m not sure if they tested for it or not.
Creatine results in intracellular fluid retention not subcutaneous retention.
Dude your no where near 12%
Probably closer to 30 tbh.
It’s tough to tell from a photo isn’t it. Could be 20 all the way to 30% as we all hold fat differently. One thing is for sure I’ve been a lot fatter then the OP and managed to lose it, no doubt once diet and cardio are dialled in he will also.
Lol bullshit. I’ve never seen a picture of you with a belly. I’ve seen a before where you wanted to look bad before the ebc.
Congratulations on that victory btw.

Ain't he a sweetheart??? Lol
20 at best :/
Hgh isn’t a miracle drug. I’d focus on the diet cardio and training more than anything else
Thanks for the response. I know nothing is a miracle drug and I'm not looking for anything too extreme, and the fat loss is only one facet of what I'm looking for. Just as important to me are increased energy, recovery, strength, and general physical well being. I've read a lot about HGH being just good to take in general, regardless of any specific physical goals (within moderation of course). Is this not true? And what would you take if you were me trying to reach the same goals? I'm absolutely going to implement cardio and a strict healthy diet into this plan, but isn't there a place for some type of gear to help with that plan? Isn't that what we're all here for? And again, thank you for the feedback, sincerely
Having personally used HGH in a variety of protocols I wouldn’t waste the money if I were you. It will shine so much more, later down the line, when you are primed for it.
I’m here to help educate others based on my experience and knowledge. We’re not all here for the same reasons unfortunately. I’m not gonna feed you any BS, just tell you how it is.
For your goals of increased energy, recovery, overall well being (without any knowledge of your prior AAS use or health) I would use a simple long ester testosterone like Test C/E dosed between 300-400mg/week. With Proviron 25mg Daily. I would let that build up and get labs at week 6. For weeks 1&2, 4&5, 8&9, 12&13 I would pulse Bronkaid/Caffeine 25mg/200mg three times daily assuming blood pressure doesn’t spike too high and sleep isn’t effected.
That is the most simple, cost effective, and safe way to reach your goals. But none of it will do anything without a caloric deficit and some kind of cardio. You’re welcome to PM me if you want more insight/help for diet/cardio/training suggestions.
One hell of a member!! That made my eyes sweat a bit... I think my estro is a lil high... +
I may soon be asking you some diet questions myself bud.
Any time brother I gotchu
Thanks brother, I will definitely get back to you once I look into your suggestions a little bit. Just for reference, I’ve never used anything but preworkout, protein and creatine before, I’m not allergic to anything and I’m only on high cholesterol medication (runs in the family), and high cholesterol is the only issue I had the last time I got blood work done, everything else was normal.
With the elevated cholesterol I would avoid Proviron then, also just because you haven’t used any AAS before. If you’re adamant about running something, I would stick with simple testosterone cycle like I suggested. But do your research. Be diligent. It’s a marathon not a sprint.
That being said, seeing your condition you have a lot of room to improve naturally man. Get some baseline labs if you haven’t and see where your natural Test levels are. If they’re still above 700 I don’t doubt you can reach all your goals with proper diet and training alone!
yeah, sitting at 20+
