+ 2 Is this belly normal? Completely relaxed v normal tightening of core
ad
This image is of my stomach completely relaxed. The second is me just holding myself, like you do when you’re walking for example. I’m not sucking in or flexing really hard, just the normal amount of tightening you do whenever you use your body. My question is if this amount of plumpness normal or not? I feel like my intestines are distended or something, it’s always been this way. I came here because I’m considering starting HGH or any other cycle to tighten everything up, and for all their other benefits, but what’s up with my stomach?

Easiest way for me to burn stomach fat is 2/3 times a week - cardio then heavy deadlift straight after and ab crunches with added weight. (Can easily do at home)
And of course watch your diet.
Roid RunnerDo a search about "diastasis recti"
More common than you'd believe
Now you got me worried a simple google search show bodybuilders on stage with it and probably don’t even know they have it. You don’t even have to have high BF
Side effects:
Bloating after eating - check
Frequent lower back pains - check
Another thing to get tested for me.
I’ll be plain as day bro, you’re fat and if you want to loose the belly you need to lose more fat. You’ve already made great progress, carry on and keep bunting the lard away and you’ll lose the gut.
As for GH or other drugs perhaps they’ll help to a degree but nothing compares to healthy balanced diet, small deficit and plenty of cardio.

Thanks and I appreciate the honesty. I'm starting to introduce a serious healthy diet plan and cardio into my routines. So far i've just been focused on lifting heavy shit and keeping an eye on eating healthy, but also eating whatever I want and however much of what i want, within reason. I've recently put on 20lbs since i started lifting seriously when the gyms reopened last year after taking a long break while they were closed. That puts me at 195 and I've never been over 175 before in my life, plus creatine bulking me up a little, so honestly the extra weight really is new to me.
I know no amount or type of gear alone will do anything for me, but what would you suggest I try for my goals (in conjunction with new diet and cardio)? I don't need to get any bigger, I'd like to cut up a bit, I would like to get stronger because I've reached a plateau in the recent months I can't seem to surpass, and I'm just curious about the permanent benefits of changing your body. So far all the feedback i've gotten here is to not take anything, which I actually appreciate because i can tell ya'll aren't just a bunch of juice heads, but at some point I'm sure you were all in my shoes and I assume you all finally broke into the world of gear.
I guess I have two questions. 1. If you were me trying to reach the goals i stated earlier, what would you take? Keep in mind I'm not expecting a life changing transformation nor do I want one, just something to jack me up a bit, raise my energy levels and testosterone a bit, and help with healing and recovery. Is it anabolics, HGH, something else?
and 2. Why is everyone saying not to do anything? I assume it's because you all realize theres a lot i can do to reach my goals before I jump into the world of gear and you're looking out for me, which I honestly love and appreciate. But why not do both things together and accelerate the change? I've read a lot about HGH in particular being great to take regardless of weight lifting or anything else, it's just good to have (within moderation of course). Not to sound dumb, and i've done research outside of this I promise, but what got the ball rolling was Joe Rogan talking about all the benefits to it. Even he said he abused it which caused his swollen head and barrell belly, but in moderation wouldn't it be good for anyone to take? So why the hard convincing of me to not try it?
I know that's a lot and I typed a novel there, but I really am interested in getting people's opinions. Thank you.
If you hold it in like that all of the time it will tighten up. You have a layer of muscle under your abs whose sole purpose is to hold your guts in. It will get stronger and keep your belly more flat while relaxed.
