Ok, in shitty shape right now, elbows acting up, work is crazy, but I'm still getting exercise I and eating right. Currently TRT only. So on Eroids if you call someone a fat retard, or midget, whatever, it becomes put up or shut up. So I'll put up. 225lbs at 6'1" reasonably around 20%bf, but still keeping good shape, and half decent condition. Not like some we know. So yes I'm holding water, but no gyno and there's some abs even. Last comment was directed to his new ball washers.

Way to go dude. Hell I’m mid 30s and I get more inspiration from the old school guys than the younger guys at this point. Once I hit 30 I realized how quickly it seemed like I got there. I work at a huge facility with hundreds of people and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that the majority of people 30 and over are unhealthy and out of shape. There’s definitely a cultural aspect of it here too. Here being Western BumF**k Egypt of course. You see more folks having fast food or sodas and candy bars for lunch than anything else. Very low percentage are continuously drinking water during a 10+ hour shift. Anyways I’m rambling. Thx for posting and keep fighting the good fight. This week I just got back into meal prep and eating more frequently. Be back in the gym the beginning of May. Seeing you older dudes getting it done removes any excuses for me. Cheers

I've been off primo and mast for about 4 to 5 weeks now. Just 140mg of trt at the moment.
Nothing crazy, basically still the same, sitting around 190 lbs. I got blood work in a month, and if everything looks good. I'll probably run a trt/mast(300 -400) for 12 weeks or so. You know me, baby cycle with slow gains, nothing crazy. Currently I dont really have any goals to speak of. I'd be nice to hit a 10lb cut middle summer just to see all the abs and everything shine.
