-3 First cycle in long time. Questions, Help.

It’s been a very very long time since i ran a cycle. i’m 40 now 6’2” 218lbs no health issues, diet is pretty clean trying to stay under 3000 calories a day and training 6 days. I am looking at doing a 8-10 week cycle.
225mg eod mast, tren and prop cut stack
either 12.5 ed or 25mg eod aromasin
clen cycle 2 week on 2 week off for duration
I have all the gear also.
progesterone .5
prolactin 7.9
testosterone 385
free test 71.6
any and all input would be great. i’m not looking to gain a ton from this but hopefully around 10lbs or muscle and to drop body fat down to under 7% with strength and stamina gain. I know tren isn’t great for stamina also.

i’m not offended nor do I take it personally, but there was no information given or suggestions just criticism. i’m not worried bout my body or my heart, i’m not obese i’m not completely out of shape or unhealthy. Ive had EKG done Ive had my blood work done my body is the least of my worries. i’m looking for some info and knowledge on the cycle I would like to start how it can be modified improved to give me better results. Also for people I interact with which is very few especially during pandemic for next two months it’s just me and my pups so thats not an issue. So if anyone would like to contribute some knowledge and info to guide me that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, David
