Wow that response is ridiculous from them. This company has obviously gone bad. I’d be glad to leave a positive review if they would just send what I ordered. At this point I’d be happy if they just told me the truth
I got my second tracking number 10 days ago. Let’s hope it updates by Wednesday then. Bit hard to keep faith when you ordered 9 weeks ago tho lol had my fingers crossed so long they’ll fall off soon.

I still haven’t had no update on my 2nd tracking number yet either. just says info has been been to shipper electronically but not received. Really starting to lose faith now gonna have to order from elsewhere. Fucking joke really especially considering It was a euro to euro order. So don’t think it is just a case of the votes in America lmao.
Kinda same here, contacted them and been told that will finally get my second tracking soon enough, cause they were re-shipping loads of orders. Same situation with you, EU to EU, so really hoping it'll get delivered in the end and rather sooner than later. Will be kinda pissed if there won't be tracking on Monday, waiting for almost 2 months since the order is annoying enough.
Been waiting for order about 65 days now. Got my second tracking number almost 2 weeks ago. It says item not received but label printed. My first number said this for 45 days. I have talked to customer service many times and they say I’m wrong they have sent it. Clearly they have not. This place is a scam I have asked for my money back if they are not going to actually ship my items. Will keep everyone posted. All these people saying this is a stand up company why don’t you go ahead and place an order right now then. Because all I see and hear is bad review after bad review. This place used to be legit now it’s a scam site. Buyer beware
If the tracking number doesn’t have letters in front of and at the end of the number it will not update until it’s state side with out going into to great of detail. Hopefully your brain can fill in the rest. Usually after it updates it’s about 2 to 3 days for most srcs now.
It says it was printed in the states USPS label. I won’t say where for security purposes. I messaged dpstore on here and customer service and asked for it to actually be shipped or if this can’t be done then to just refund me the money. I will update with their response. I just want the gear I ordered and they keep saying just give it another week. That started 7 weeks ago.
I just got a pack from someone yesterday. Took 8 weeks shipped the same way. I had given up then it shows up state side and I had it 3 days later. If yours isn’t lost it will probably happen like that.
Molinin302I dunno man, src is highly recommended. I jumped on some promo gear to see if it was agreeable. Hasn't come, but src did reply to a message I sent. I wouldn't count him out yet, but if I spent money I wouldn't be happy. Maybe when it shows up he throws in a goodie or two. Never know bro..
Edit- i clicked the reorder option, said items aren't currently available. Its a solid src bro, logistics issue. We aren't ordering napkin holders from Amazon...
DP always comes through. He’s invested too much here not to. In this game there is always going to be bumps in the rod but he will make good. He’s here for the long run. It sucks to not have a perfect experience but it happens like that sometime. Hang in there guys.

Everyone has to start with a low karma and they do have the right to exercise their freedom of speech! If they don't receive their products, then why shouldn't they write a negative review?
These reviewers don't seem fake to me and I myself have experienced this same issue with no delivery and no tracking Information twice now!
And it seems, that your the hater and is hating other users for their experiences.
Sometimes some of us special select few have to restart our karma 1, 2 or even 3 times.

Dude, in your review you blame negative review on one account creating them. This is a big claim, wanna include admins into this and we can literally fact check your claim? Cause DP admitted it was an issue with logistics and many of us have been waiting for more than a month since our tracking been provided.
Love how you instantly dismiss others after your experience been different. I haven't written review yet, but been in touch with DP rep, been waiting for 36+ days since my tracking been created, it hasn't updated once. Please, respect other people and don't talk shit just cause you got your stuff, unlike many here who did not and already waited for 2+ months. This source been recommended by 2 people I respect, so I believe DP will come thru in the end and giving them leeway, so I'll write my review based on quality of gear.
You don't have to shill, best proof of a source is items received, especially when there's an issue that was already admitted. Shit happens, but blaming PAYING costumers for rightfully being disappointed is not something nice, not doing anyone a favour, especially with wild claims.
Minet+1 agree on all that, sometimes shit hapens, its not always problem on source side, , sometimes different occasion happen on logistics side or so, im sure DP doing best he can

Got a new tracking # this week. Just checked tracking and the parcel is in the southwest en route to the destination. So something is moving on my end. EDIT: my original tracking # was dormant for 1 month.
They gave me new tracking too but it just says label is printed item not received for about 5 days now. Old tracking said this same thing for 45 days
Really hope we're getting our stuff, I'm still waiting for my new tracking, but their site already saying "Processing in progress", so it's a bit promising, right?
