Heart burn/acid reflux

ad

Why is it when I start a cycle I get nasty heartburn/acid reflux any advice on how to treat or stop this would be great

Jim Layhey's picture

Your ph balance is too acidic. Try adding in some raw green juices few times a week. Helps me.

It's the trenbaroon make no mistake about it bud, may as well have a car battery constantly leaking in your stomach as that is the effect it produces. If he wants to put the theory to the test come off the tren for a few days and I guarantee it will go. Thick dairy products work the best at temporarily stopping it and soaking it all up.

I always get reflux on cycle, I use anti acid medicine while on and it always goes away after coming off

Go to doctor if you can find the cause.

Maybe its something you eat. Maybe its a stomach ulcer.

You would pay to see a doctor over heartburn from steroids!? If i become a doctor you will be my first and favorite patient lol. My plumber buddy loves the people that call him for a clogged toilet. $75 to plunge the toilet.

WOAH - Do you guy's have to pay if you wanna go see a Doctor??

Pumped_'s picture

Yes if its not your annual preventive than you are paying. Like i got my annual visit free but she wants me get bloodwork than follow up bloodwork that i had to pay. My a1c came back 5.7% and she wants to do another test and im like "listen! That is normal! Unless you want to pay then cut it out!"

Our systems are very different aren't they - Here ER, Hospital, Dentists, Doctors are all free. About the only thing you have to cover are Vet bills. We do have private versions also but they are used normally by the Elite and upper classes lol

Pumped_'s picture

One ER run from when i flipped my car cost 250 co pay and $1200 ambulance fee. Thats why i wouldnt go to doctor for heartburn. It was no offense meant to lincoln. I guess if we had you guys healthcare then we wouldnt self diagnose so much. At same time remember that when guys ask people here for diagnosis instead of going to the doctor they may have horrible co-pay and bro science is cheaper lol

WOWW!!! F'kin hell no wonder guy's come on here asking what's wrong with them rather than nipping into the Doctors office!! LMAO That's just bloody NUTS!! $1200 for an ambulance then imagine if you needed surgery for a broken arm or something. SO what happens if you are skint then - they just send you home with broken arms and legs??!

Pumped_'s picture

Doctors get some kind of kickback cuz some doctors will turn a 153/95 blood pressure reading into $5000 in visits, tests and medication when some will say that isnt the end of the world. Cost $2000 to have my baby daughter in delivery costs and insurance paid the rest.

I am truly shocked at this - you have to pay for medical costs to have a baby delivered?? Tell you what if that were the case over here you can bet your ass people wouldn't be spitting out kids at 16 years old to get free benefits!

Pumped_'s picture

It was probably was like $10,000 total so i didnt have to pay whole thing with insurance.

Beter safe than sorry, thats my opinion!

I dont pay a docter every visit. I just pay a fee every month. I am not a docter so i would let them check. If they cant find anything i am more comfortable.

I would always let someone get himself checked if they are serious about there health.

75usd is nothing to be safe. Always do bloods and buy heart monitor when you feel something is up.

If you can pay money for roids you should be serious about everything that comes with it.

Pumped_'s picture

I hear ya. Im from stateside where obamacare has hiked copayments and premiums so i would have to wait for stomach pains to go in and check for ulcer lol but he did say when he starts a cycle so its definitely not a coincidence.

Yeah I am from Europe, the insurance is getting more expensive but can go when I want. I even got my dog in health care lol.

Some people are scared to go to docter and say what there are using and doing. And often you don't need to say a thing, but you should be prepared to tell them te truth if its necessary.

I often see guys buying al kind of gear. But don't have the security in check. Wanting to safe money on safety and pct. There are just some basics. Heartmonitor do you bloods. If you use insulin, you cant go without a bloodsugar monitor. Some even need it because they take a shit load of stims like t3.

I know some guys don't have this luxury but if you cant pay for Healthcare of docter visits maybe stay of the harsh stuff and maybe don't use anything at all. There is always a risk! With oils, tabs or stims and so on. Beter be prepared and safe. Its not only dedication in food, workouts. Everything needs to be on point!

Pumped_'s picture

I believe the same. If you're willing do anything over a trt dose than be willing to accept the risks. If your doing 500-1000mg and you're super concerned about health than you probably should stay natural. Super healthy and shutting down your system purposely is an oxymoron. There are safer ways to do it but it definitely has health risk have to be willing to take in trade for strength and size.

My rule of thumb is “when on Tren, assume all random symptoms are due to that in some way”

Lincoln's picture

Ok i can't relate to than , never had is with oils. Tabs on the other hand...

DbolAndAll's picture

I only get acid when I lay on my right side that's when it intensifies

iFit's picture

Sip on water mixed with a little baking soda. Gives instant relief and all natural.

Never tried this - sounds good!

press1's picture

Bud its the Tren ace thats giving you the acid reflux - it ramps your metabolism up to such a high rate that your stomach acid is constantly churning in your stomach! Food gets digested quicker then you are ready to eat again. During sleep this will mean your body wants feeding every 2 to 3 hours and when you don't get up and consume anything it will rise up into your gullet and wake you up with a nice big sick burp! LOL Been there and not just bought the T-shirt but the whole wardrobe. Consume more casein based foods such as cheese and protein shakes to soak up the acid, starchy foods such as bread and potatoe help as does milk and ice cream. Then you can go onto the antacid medications but the problem then is the rebound effect you get when they wear off. Just try to keep it down with adequate nutrition.

Stay off spicey foods and fizzy drinks. Cheap version of gaviscon liquid after eating. Sleep in an upright position.

Sleeping in upright position his girl is gonna think he is getting his nod on off some good diesel.
