I need some help with doing some of the maths, lol. I’m a newbie to peptides and I’m about to order some bottles of Sermorelin 5mg with Ipamorelin 5mg so 10 mg total. I read som of the re constitution stuff but still way confused.

How big are these bottles? From what I read you add 2ml of solution to it so if that’s they case what would the total solution be and I’m looking to do 250mcg per day. I have no idea how many bottles I’ll need for 3 moths. I’ve never used insulin syringes either so not sure what the doses are for them. Forgive my ignorance but I’m used to testosterone which is super simple. I’m 44 and been on trt for years.
